6 DTT SERVICES IT Outsourcing & Managed Supports Services: Regular preventive maintenance is essential for the trouble free working of your workstations. It also ensures that its components last well even beyond their rated lives. We provide preventive maintenance for desktop and laptop computers, server, network equipment including switches, routers, etc. Annual/Monthly Maintenance Contract: DTT will provide the maintenance at the customer s site as agreed by the terms of the agreement, (Number of visits/hours of coverage per month/week). We will provide the support and make the Proper running of devices and software as agreed. DTT will be responsible for maintaining, configuration and troubleshoot of operating systems, network and application installation, upgrade drivers, damages caused by viruses, through the tools provided by the client.
