3 I. Who are we? "Business Alliance America Europe Russia" Ltd. B.A.A.E.R. Ltd. was found in 2014 in Sofia. This a Bulgarian company with Belgian management. B.A.A.E.R. Ltd. is an expert company in providing Oracle Consulting and Managed IT services. Since June 2014 we are Oracle Gold Partner. It gives us full rights to sell Oracle licenses at very competitive rates and include them in our services packages. In August 2015 we also acquired Cloud Public Sector Addendum to FUDA, so we have the right to offer Oracle Cloud services.

4 II. Why Oracle Cloud?! 1. Provides a complete, integrated stack for the cloud: Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) The virtual hardware supplied by Oracle. It can include Virtual Machines (VMs), Storage, DNS, load balancers, VLANs, VPN, etc. Platform as a service (PaaS) The whole environments packaged as a service. For example, operating system and database, or operating system and application server, etc. Cloud PaaS can be used for - client s database, Java or business intelligence (BI) applications. Database as a Service (DBaaS) - The database is hosted and managed by Oracle in the cloud. DBaaS is a PaaS offering. Software-as-a-service (SaaS) All the applications delivered over the Cloud. The client can extend these applications with social and mobile capabilities. Also within Oracle Cloud you do not need to rely on third parties to integrate these apps with your system.

Hybrid system: You can use the cloud only as a part of your whole infrastructure: To store your Backups for Data Recovery; As an application server where you can create any kind of applications directly in the cloud; To order a developer s environment per project, and when you finish, to terminate it;

Oracle Cloud services price details: Metered vs. Non-metered The core Oracle Public Cloud Services including: - Database Cloud Service, Storage Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, etc. offerings are available in two ways: Metered and Non-metered. METERED SERVICES: - Pre-paid offering where you are charged based on the actual usage of the service resources on an hourly or monthly basis and the standard term length is 1 year. - A Metered service allows you to select resource configurations for a service and virtually any volume or capacity to meet your requirements. - For instance, you can select the number of Oracle Compute Processor Units (OCPUs) or the amount of memory. - You can change your service capacity as needed and that will increase/decrease your bill. - Metered services are recommended for those customers. who are able to predict their required usage.

Oracle Cloud services price details: Metered vs. Non-metered NON-METERED SERVICES: - Subscription based offering, a monthly or annual subscription for a fixed service configuration which you typically cannot change. - Non-metered are sold in sizes or fixed configurations and Oracle does not measure whether the entire capacity is used or not. - Non-metered subscription has a fixed monthly charge. - While you can stop a service instance to take the service offline for a few hours or days within a month, charging does not stop, and your service will be charged for the entire month. - Non-metered services are recommended for customers who are unsure what their exact usage will be, and would rather keep a generally consistent subscription fee.
