2 CORPORATE BOOKING INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT Thank you for booking your golf day at Eagle Canyon Country Club. Please find the details and costs listed below. Complete the information needed on the GOLF DAY AGREEMENT and return as soon as possible in order to secure your booking, with proof of the booking fee that has been paid: Date of booking: Number of players: Tee of Times: TBC TBC Please note that the allocated times given to your group may not be changed unless prior arrangements have been made with Sara Hall. Summer PM Winter PM 1 st and 10 th tee: 11h32 13h32 (8 minute intervals) 1 st and 10 th tee: 11h00 12h28 (8 minute intervals) Alternatively if you have more than 100 players, we can do a Shotgun start at 12h00 Green Fee Rates including Golf Carts: Tuesday s Green Fees R130 per person Carts R120 per person sharing Thursday s and Friday s Green Fees R180 per person Carts R120 per person sharing Golfers Guide: Minimum R200 per spotter, 1 per 4-ball available (Optional). The spotter fee would include their fee, halfway house and caddie foundation fee. Should you wish to pay for the golfer s guides/spotters on behalf of your clients, please ensure that you provide the cash on the day for them as we are no longer able to add this to your account. To be manned by your staff. Please confirm. Average cost of R50.00 per person will be enough for a meal and drink. Halfway house vouchers can be supplied by the club if required Account / Cash Our Club Policy allows for a maximum of six drinking holes. Please ensure that all hole sponsors for the day bring along their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, umbrellas, gazebos, ice baths, ice, etc. for their respective holes as we do not have these items available on the day. For your convenience, items are to be delivered to the club one day prior to the golf day each item to be clearly labelled stating which hole they are to go out to the following day. All items to be delivered before 15h00 the day prior to the event or before 08h30 on the day of the event. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged banners / equipment. The main function room on the upper clubhouse level will be set up by our staff. We can accommodate a maximum of 140 people. Should you require coloured table clothes and overlays, we are able to hire them in for your function. (We do supply standard white or black tablecloths for the function) 2

Cash / Account GOLF REQUIREMENTS: Banners Competition Format: Golf Carts: Starting & Scoring: To be delivered to the club one day prior to your event, clearly marked with the company / sponsors name and hole which they are to go to. Our golf course staff will gladly assist you with set-up of your display material between 08h00 and 10h00 on the morning of the event. Sponsors will be required to assist in the collection of the equipment. Please ensure that all banners and equipment are removed on the day of the event. The Club will not be responsible take for lost or damaged banners / equipment. Kindly advise on the competition format for your golf day. Should you require assistance with this, please feel free to ask Please note that as with social golfers, the organizers / client for all Corporate Groups will be held responsible for any damage to our golf carts Please confirm whether you would like us to assist. Longest Drives: To be confirmed (We recommend from hole no 5, 9, 12, 14, 18) Eagle Canyon Country Club to supply and collect markers if necessary Nearest the Pins: To be confirmed (We recommend from hole no 4, 8,11,17) Eagle Canyon Country Club to supply and collect markers if necessary COURSE ETIQUETTE: Please be mindful of the pace of play and keep up with the group in front of you. Allow quicker players to play through. Rake the bunkers Fill divots Repair pitch marks on the greens Pick up if you cannot score LIGHTNING POLICY: When the siren sounds, play is immediately suspended and players must return to the clubhouse as speedily as possible. Should the siren sound again, players are welcome to proceed back onto the course. The detectors are automated and set to detect lightning activity at a 10km boundary radius. Management and committee have been requested to ensure that the policy is adhered to, so please co-operate as these measures are designed and intended to ensure player safety. It is the discretion of the golf day organizers as to how competition results will be tallied. 4 CAMELOT SPA: For your non-golfing guests we have the luxurious Camelot Spa available. Packages can be arranged for your guests while waiting for your golfers to finish their round. Short socks and anklets must be predominantly white. Only closed heel golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted. The following dress will not be permitted under any circumstances: Tee shirts Track suits Bush-type or cargo pants Socks must be worn with long trousers and if worn with golf shorts, must be predominantly white. Casual shoes with closed heels. May be worn without socks when wearing short trousers. Sandals are not permitted. Bold commercial advertising Draw-string or elasticised pants Short socks and anklets must be predominantly white, unless colour coordinated with a golf outfit.
