We take pride in including your name on the Club s distinguished membership roster. Our active, warm, and welcoming membership is attended to by a dedicated staff of employees committed to providing the highest levels of service and Member care. Signature is honored to be your Club choice for family recreation, relaxation, and enjoyment. Your Club is an extension of your home and business, and it is our pledge to create memorable experiences for you and your guests, whatever the occasion. Our 18 hole Craig Schreiner designed championship golf course is a fun and challenging layout for golfers of all skill levels. The pool is the centerpiece of summertime family fun here at Signature. The 85,000 square foot clubhouse features a fitness center, men s and ladies locker rooms, casual and formal dining spaces, and private event rooms that can accommodate groups ranging from 5 to 500. Membership at Signature is more than just the golf course, the pool, and the fitness center. We prefer to focus on the Benefits of Belonging. Your Club will become the hub of social activity for you and your family. Members never pay room rental fees when hosting events at your Club and there are never capital assessments here at Signature. 4 Board of Governors Club Committees One of the considerations that helps to assure the continued success and quality of a Country Club is the commitment, support, and involvement of its Board of Governors. The responsibilities of the Board of Governors are focused primarily on membership, growth, and to serve as a communication link to all of the Members of Signature of Solon Country Club. As an advisory group, there is no legal or financial obligation on the part of the Board of Governors. The Board is asked to advise, counsel, and make recommendations to management in such areas as club rules, special club events, questions of conduct and other disciplinary matters, as well as other items of the nature relevant to tailoring the club to the Members needs and interests in particular. 7 DRESS CODE General Policies It is expected that Members will choose to dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the setting of the Club and will advise their guests accordingly. Management reserves the right to make changes to the dress code from time to time. Exceptions may also be made for certain special events. Proper Attire Men All shirts must have a collar (traditional or mock) Golf/Polo Shirts should be tucked in at all times Button Down/Camp Shirts may be worn un-tucked Pants and shorts must be worn at the waist line No shorts more than 4 above the knee Dress denim is permissible in the clubhouse permitted it is not torn, faded, frayed or in disrepair Proper Attire Women Dresses, blouses, or sweaters (including collarless and/or sleeveless) Sleeveless shirts must have a collar on golf course and practice areas Collarless shirts must have a collar on golf course and practice areas Appropriate dress for women shall include slacks, skirts and skorts Skirts and shorts must not be shorter than 4 above the knee Dress denim is permissible in the clubhouse permitted it is not torn, faded, frayed or in disrepair

9 GUEST PRIVILEGES General Policies All Members shall be entitled to limited guest privileges subject to any applicable guest fees and any additional guest policies established from time to time by Owner. A guest may not use the Club s golf facilities more than six (6) times per year, with such limitations being subject to change from time to time by the Club and its sole discretion. Members are responsible for the conduct and dress of their guests as well as the charges incurred by their guests and any damages caused by their guests. A log in is required to view the Members Only section of the website. The user name is the address of the Primary Member as listed on the Membership Application. The password is the last name of the Primary Member as listed on the Membership Application.
