2 INVITATION TO 2016 INAS Open Swimming Championships Europe Dear friends, It is with affection and esteem that I m sending you the very first information on the next 2016 INAS Open Swimming Championships Europe; we will be together again in our magnificent Loano. With the support of INAS and Fisdir, which I officially would like to thank again for the trust they place in us, I have the pleasure to invite all of you to the 2016 INAS Open Swimming Championships Europe. As a confirmation of the success of the past years, we are going to receive you again in Loano from the 8th to 14th June The team, the places and the pool that you have known, will be waiting with the usual professionalism and friendliness. In this first step, I m asking you to help by telling us, without obligation, your expectations of participation, by filling in the Form "A", by the 20th February Later we will ask you to fill out the first part of the official registration form, with the confirmed number of participants and the payment of the 30% of the total quota (nonrefundable) within the 31 March The definitive list of participants, with all the details about travels and st accommodation and total payment, has to be presented within 7th May Lastly, I hope to see you all determined to win more medals. 4 COMPETITION VENUE Swimming Pool in Loano 50 mt outdoor swimming pool Address: Via Matteotti Loano (Savona) ACCOMMODATION: All the delegation will stay at AI POZZI VILLAGE. Each room is equipped with a full bathroom, cable TV, Telephone, individually-controlled air conditioning. Rooms vary in size from single to four bedroom rooms., and there are available apartment rooms and hotel rooms. Distances: 2 km from the venue 80 km from the Genova Airport 4

5 AIRLINES: Delegation arrivals are foreseen during the day of June All arrivals are foreseen to be th in GENOVA, at Cristoforo Colombo International Airport; please note that we suggest to book your tickets in order to arrive the June 8 between 9:00 am/10:00 pm. The airport of Genova th has flight connection from some principal European Capitals (Rome Fiumicino, Catania, Paris, London Stansted, London Gatwick, Monaco, Madrid, etc.). From the Airport we will provide transport to your accommodation site. For more information you can visit the website: The details about accreditation procedure will be sent in following information. TRANSPORT: For all participants the O.C. will provide transport from and to the airport, and from and to the venue. No courtesy cars will be provided. ELECTRICITY: 220 Volts MEDICAL SUPPORT: The OC will provide a team of medical staff that will be present at the venue during competition. In case of an injury or a problem that cannot be treated immediately, the ambulance service will accompany you to the nearest Hospital, not more than 10 min away. Of course, all teams are advised to organize their own insurance prior to their arrival. INTERNET: Internet access is available in the Hotel at the common areas. 5

6 INSURANCE: All delegations are responsible for their own insurance. The O.C. will NOT be responsible for any material damage, injuries or loss of property, etc. should something like that happen to the participants during their stay in Italy. ENTRY FEE for members of the National teams: Every member of delegation is obliged to pay EUR 590, 00, - for the all period plus INAS Capitation Fee. Entry fee is intended PER PERSON in DOUBLE room (or multiple if required) and NOT including 25,00 as the INAS capitation fee. In case of a single room, the entry fee is EUR 590, 00 plus a supplement of EUR 30, 00 per person per day, for a total of EUR for the all period. The fee covers local transports, full board (from dinner June 8 to breakfast June 14 ) and th th accommodation. Additional optional costs: - For extra days before or after the competition dates 90, 00 (or 120, 00 in single room) accommodation in half board. Timing of Payment The first 30% of the total entry fee is payable by MARCH with the First Entry by st Number (note that this payment is nonrefundable). The second and total payment of 70% of the entry fee must be paid by MAY , with the th Second Entry by Name. The OC must receive the desired amount in full, it means that all bank fees are responsibility of the payer.
