2 Dear Friend; I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to The Kids Angel Network, Inc., a non-profit 501c3 located in Palm Beach County, Florida. This program serves South Florida from Port St. Lucie to Dade county and is dedicated to supporting local artists ages 6 thru adults who want to share their time and talents to support those less fortunate in our community, at risk youth and children faced with life threatening illnesses. (Kids Angel Network) is a performance art program designed to give kids the opportunity to perform and tour at various events throughout the year, create awareness of the importance of music education but most importantly, teaching the importance of giving back. The Kids Angel Network is designed to EDUCATE, ENGAGE AND ENTERTAIN THRU PERFORMANCE ARTS- a powerful tool that will help create awareness and promote music education thru a partnership with local and regional sponsors and help raise funds for Arts Education, Outreach Programs and Children with life threatening illnesses.

5 2013 South Florida Fair & Americraft Expo January 18-February 3, th Annual Starz of the Future Event Description: In 2000, The Starz of the Future The Showcase for Aspiring Talent made its debut with over 100 performance hopefuls at The South Florida Fair & Expo in West Palm Beach, Florida. Created by Maggi Rosenberg, this program was established to give local talent an opportunity to hone their craft, attend professional educational sessions with entertainment professionals and create awareness for the support of the arts. Now going onto it s 13 th year, thousands of vocalists, dancers and instrumentalists have had the opportunity to showcase their talents during the 17 Day South Florida Fair. Many of our artists who made their debut at the SOF have gone onto professional careers in the industry. The Starz of the Future program is now considered one of South Florida s premier performance opportunities for aspiring talent looking to break into the entertainment field. Event Description: Our talented cast perform at 20 or more events each year starting in November and end in June. The Starz K.A.N. 6 Sharing Hearts Thru Arts Outreach Workshops and Performances for At Risk Youth and Children s Hospitals Event Description: Our outreach program brings our performers together with at risk youth and to children s hospitals by providing a platform in which to express themselves through performance arts. We utilize an interactive and hands on approach by providing a safe environment in which kids can explore, express, and engage themselves through performance arts. Theater, Dance, Vocal (Rap, Spoken Word), Writing and the Visual Arts Educate, Engage and Entertain through these workshops. We also bring in special guests in the industry to share their time and talents, give aways, art materials, instruments, etc.,

7 Event Description: This is our special educational program for those wishing to continue their education and be recognized For their contribution and dedication of their art and to the community. The luncheon will be held in February 2013 to help raise funds for our arts education scholarship in Laura Brooke s name. At the age of 14, Laura Brooke was tragically killed in a car accident on June 30, She was a graduate of the BAK Middle School of the Arts in Palm Beach County Florida, and had been accepted to Dreyfoos High School of the Arts for the following September. Laura Brooke Buonpastore debuted her talents at the South Florida Fair Starz of the Future competition in She participated every year at the South Florida Fair s Starz program until her untimely death. It is our goal to honor her and to pass the dream by providing participants with the same passion for the arts an opportunity to apply for a scholarship in her name. A bright, young musician Laura was a rising star. Her dream was to become a professional musician and a teacher. Please join us by supporting the arts in our community by donating to this wonderful scholarship and awards program. A special Angel Award will be given at our end of the year performance every May to one of the Kids Angel Network performers who have demonstrated community involvement, leadership, and commitment to the mission of the Kids Angel Network. We will also recognize each of our performers by giving them their wings for that year. EVENT DESCRIPTION: Every year in May produce a show that is open to the public. This 90 minute show features excerpts of our theatrical show, soloists and special guests. During this event, we present the Angel Wing award to that one performer who has demonstrated all of the qualities that this program was designed for. A non-partisan panel reviews all of the criteria.

8 Maggi Rosenberg Executive Director Maggi Rosenberg has over 25 years in the entertainment and theatrical field. She is an award winning writer and director. She began working as a professional dancer with Emerson College, Boston and continued to work as a writer, director and choreographer. She has produced for clients nationwide developing interactive educational workshops, concerts, corporate and special events. SORentertainment, Inc., a full service concert and special event production company and talent management company. Offering creative consultation, staging, lighting, sound, sets, entertainment, marketing and promotional Services. Some of her projects include VISA International commission to write, produce and direct READ ME A STORY, a musical production to benefit Reading is Fundamental. It launched on Broadway, NYC with Danny Glover and a cast of 10 and toured across the country for several weeks. The finale televised on ABC Monday Night Football to celebrate the 50 th Anniversary of the SanFrancisco 49 ers. The following year, the show launched in Washington, DC. With Anthony Edwards with 3 casts of 10 touring the nation simultaneously. As a result, this show went on to receive several silver anvil awards. Maggi clients include SuperBowl XXXIII half-time show in Miami with Radio City Entertainment,Multi-Oscar and Pulitzer Prize winner Marvin Hamlisch, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Universal Studios, Disney, Seminole HardRock Hotel and Casino, Hard Rock Orlando, ABC Monday Night Football and NBA clients LA Clippers, Orlando Magic, Utah Jazz, and New Orlean Hornets.
