1 New Membership We are excited to announce the creation of the Associate Membership This membership will come with full golfing and social privileges. Qualifications: In order to become an Associate Member you must be between the ages of 35 and 39. Regular Dues will begin the month after the member turns 40 years old. Dues Structure: Associate Membership Initiation Fee: $1,500 Monthly Dues: $280 Capital Improvements Program*: An Annual Food Minimum of $300 has been established for all Membership Classifications. *Capital Improvements Program will provide a regular source of income EXCLUSIVELY Inquire at the club office at for full details regarding these membership specials. All members joining Hillcrest under this program must be approved by the Board of Directors.

3 Welcome When Hillcrest Country Club was first established in 1943, its founders chose to develop the club in a traditional fashion, offering both social and leisure activities. During its existence, the club has worked to provide members and their guests with excellent facilities for dining, social occasions and special celebrations in addition to its well-groomed course, tennis courts and swimming pool. Large, established trees and a rich heritage set Hillcrest apart from today s newer courses. Many tournaments and events have been held at Hillcrest, including a contest between the legendary Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. The Club continues to host area tournaments but prefers to reserve the majority of the season s playing time exclusively for members and guests. Course availability, a nearly 600 yard par 5, and a challenging pair of short par 3 holes make Hillcrest a true golfer s course. Nebraska s summer doesn t truly begin until the Hillcrest pool opens! The season kicks off with the annual children s Out of School Party then drives into a busy calendar of free-style entertainment, lessons and competitive events. Swimming and diving teams compete locally with other club teams. Day long events at the Club are highlighted by water and pool-side activities that are family traditions for our members. Like Golf, tennis is a lifetime sport. Activities at the Hillcrest Tennis Center certainly demonstrate that every age, from pee wees to retired pros, can enjoy the game. Those beginning the game will have a great deal of fun. Advanced players aspiring to high school, Nebraska and Missouri-Valley competition will be coached on game strategy and technique while they represent Hillcrest in area competition. Adult competition includes a Hillcrest team on the city league. The Tennis Center keeps everyone on the ball with early morning mixers, social doubles, clinics and friendly competition. We invite you to enjoy the excellent flare of Hillcrest s formal Dining Room and the relaxed flavor of the patio. The Dining Room offers a high standard of luxury in an understated, comfortable atmosphere. The Patio is not a sunny patio café it s better, enclosed and cool, with a great view of the pool! Casual attire is welcome. The Ballroom offers a perfect setting and service for receptions, banquets and large group events. Smaller, more intimate surroundings are available where members can host meetings in an atmosphere of sophisticated charm, and where championship golf is just steps away. Hillcrest is a club that maintains a unique family feel while offering superior golf, recreation and social opportunities. Like the game of golf, Hillcrest embodies a cordial informality. 4 Alumni Membership Must be a child of a current member. Eligibility is equal to parents membership classification. (For example: If parent is a social member than child can not be a golfing member) Child is eligible for Alumni Membership as long as parent is still a current member with equal membership classification (see example below). If parent is no longer a member than child has opportunity to be re-classified to a full dues paying member (Golf or Social). Child is eligible for Alumni Membership for a period of 5 years from enrollment. Regular Monthly Dues: $185 Social Monthly Dues: $96 An Annual Food Minimum of $300 has been established for all Membership Classifications. 5 Friends and Family Membership Special Single $10,000 group initiation fee. No minimum or maximum number of new members may join under this single initiation fee. Group must accumulate and pay initiation fee in a single combined check. All new members must join and pay initial month s dues within a 60 day period. New members can be Regular, Junior, or Social. Normal dues structure applies. To be eligible under this program, members must sign a 12-month agreement authorizing monthly automatic bank draft payment (ACH) of all monthly balances. All new members are subject to Board of Directors approval. This program is intended to be an ongoing membership program subject to future board action regarding Club member capacity restrictions. 6 Unlimited Business Group Membership Special Single $10,000 Business Group Initiation fee. Unlimited memberships in any membership class. Must be actual business organization, non profit association or other formally recognized group that is capable of contracting for this plan. Individual employees can apply for membership at any time during the year. Board of Directors must approve all new members and normal dues structure will apply. Employee member can only resign membership on June 30 of each year. Sponsoring Business Group will be responsible through June 30 for dues of all members in the event of early withdrawal and non payment. Business Group Dining privileges will be extended to other designated employees of the Corporation (dining only). Hillcrest Country Club will provide Dining Cards for this purpose. All food service using this dining privilege by designated non-members will require credit card use without credit card fee added. Sponsoring Business Group will be responsible for communicating Club dining rules to designated employees. Board of Directors reserves the right to limit added members under this program if it at any time adopts overall Club membership capacity restrictions. This program is intended to be a permanent addition to Hillcrest Country Club membership programs. 7 Student Athlete Membership Qualifications: Annual Fee: $800 For the student athlete excelling in Golf, Tennis and Swimming Athlete must be between the ages of Must be enrolled in High School or Secondary Education Courses. Membership to include: Golf Full golf course access and includes driving range. Please note that golf privileges will be limited on Wednesday & Friday afternoons along with Saturday & Sunday Mornings. Tennis Access to tennis courts. Ability to participate on tennis team (Dependent upon age) Swimming Use of swimming facilities. Eligibility to participate on swim team (dependent upon age) Parents must sign a consent form if they want to give the student athlete the ability to charge to an account. Junior Membership Qualifications: The member must be under the age of 34. Dues rates will be adjusted the month after the member turns 35 years old.
