Membership Fee levels (1-4) are available to Corporations and Extended Families as an incentive to purchase multiple memberships. Interest free monthly financing is available. 4 Pacific Links International - Membership Category Descriptions Full Golf Membership Full Golf Members are entitled to use all of the Club Facilities. Full Golf Members are not required to pay greens fees for use of the golf course, but are required to pay golf cart or trail fees. Range balls are complimentary. These Members will have advance sign-up privileges to reserve tee times as determined by the Company. Full Golf Members are not required to pay court fees for use of the tennis courts and will have advance sign-up privileges to reserve court times as determined by the Company. The Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). Young Executive Membership (Under 40 yrs) Young Executive Members are entitled to use all of the Club Facilities. Young Executive Members are not required to pay greens fees for use of the golf course, but are required to pay golf cart or trail fees. Range balls are complimentary. Advance sign-up privileges to reserve tee times will be determined by the Company. Young Executive Members are not required to pay court fees for use of the tennis courts. Young Executives also qualify for special financing available with a 10% deposit of the Membership Fee and the balance over 120 months. Monthly dues and food and beverage minimums are reduced for the Young Executive according to the following scale: UNDER 29 = 60%, 30 TO 34 = 70%, 35 TO 39 = 80%. The Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). Corporate Membership A Corporate Membership will only be issued to a bona fide legal business entity. A Corporate Membership must designate at least one user. Each Designee must be a bona fide director, officer, partner, shareholder, member, manager or employee of the Corporate Member unless otherwise determined by the Company and must pay all required dues, fees and charges. The Corporate Member may request to change one or more Designees in accordance with rules, regulations and procedures established by the Company and upon payment of the then current re-designation fee as set by the Company. The Corporate Member and each Designee under the Corporate Membership will be jointly responsible for any unpaid dues, fees and other charges incurred by a Designee. Designees under a Corporate Membership shall have the same privileges as a Member in the corresponding individual category for which the Corporate Member would otherwise be eligible and which is selected by the Corporate Member, including privileges for family members as provided below, and the dues that must be paid for each Designee shall be the same as the dues payable by Members of such category. The Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). National Membership Each person who acquires a National Membership will be entitled to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, spa, fitness and social facilities of the Club. These members will not be required to pay greens fees for use of the golf facilities, but will be required to pay golf cart fees and applicable caddy fees. They will also not be required to pay a court fee for use of the tennis facilities. Advance sign-up privileges for golf tee times and tennis court times will be determined by the Company from time to time. 5 the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). To qualify for a National Membership the applicant must provide a current driver`s license which reflect a home address outside 75 mile from the club in which he/she is applying. A Member s Immediate Family Members (i.e., the Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25) are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member. In addition, a Member s Extended Family Members (i.e., children of the Member, the Member s spouse or significant other who do not qualify as Immediate Family Members and the parents and grandchildren of the Member, spouse or significant other and their respective spouses or significant others ( Extended Family Members) are also entitled to enjoy the Member s membership privileges upon the payment of preferred fees when applicable, such as greens fees. The privileges of Immediate and Extended Family Members are subject to the provisions of the Membership Plan and Rules and Regulations. The Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). Sports/Social Membership Sports/Social Members are entitled to use all of the Club Facilities. Sports/Social Members are limited to six tee times per membership each membership year and are required to pay a greens fee equal to the accompanied guest of member rate and cart fee when playing golf. Sports/Social Members golf privileges are subject to availability and will be at non-peak times with advance sign-up privileges determined by the Company. Sports/Social Members are permitted to use the golf practice facilities only when playing a round of golf. Sports/Social Members are not required to pay a court fee for use of the tennis courts and will have advance sign-up privileges to reserve court times as determined by the Company. The Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). Dining Membership Dining Members have access to the dining and any non- golf related social function of the club. The Member s spouse or significant other and their unmarried children under the age of 25 are entitled to the same use privileges as the Member (some restrictions apply). Dining Members do not have access to any recreational, sport or golf facilities. Membership Benefits: Reciprocal access to all Pacific Links International Clubs Privileges include spouse and children less than 25yrs (some restrictions apply).
