Through a combination of lectures and case-based presentations, this course will deliver up-to-date and cutting edge information that can be directly integrated into clinical practice. Target Audience Nephrologists, internal medicine physicians, primary care physicians, RNs, NPs, PA-Cs, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, and all allied healthcare professionals who participate in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease and end state renal disease, pre- and post-kidney transplant.
