We have a staff of 90 employees based at our offices in Sweden (HQ), Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany. We work with more than 200 parking operators to serve hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers every day. Our vision is to be a global leader in pay-by-phone parking and we stay one step ahead by continuously expanding access to our service on new and existing markets. We can also provide customised and user-friendly parking solutions for big cities, small municipalities, parking firms and end-customers. We provide one of the Nordic countries most frequently used pay-by-phone services via our popular app. Millions of parking sessions have been completed via EasyPark App so far, a figure that is increasing exponentially as our business expands. 2

Municipalities and towns/cities We operate in more than 150 towns in eight countries at present, from Hammerfest in Northern Norway to Aci Castello in Southern Italy. As far as making use of our services is concerned, the size of the municipality or town is irrelevant. Hundreds of thousands of motorists currently use our pay - by-phone service and the number is growing steadily on all our current markets. 94% of our customers report that they are satisfied with the service and we are extremely proud of this figure. 4 Our services Parking payment solutions By making parking so much simpler for our end-customers, we are doing our bit to improve the convenience and efficiency of their everyday lives. The solutions we develop are designed for both private individuals and companies, regardless of parking frequency or geographical location. We provide the customer with several alternatives for starting, stopping or extending their parking session: EasyPark App - Available for ios, Android and Windows. Our goal is to be at the cutting edge of technological development and we constantly update our modern app with new, improved functions. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - This service is an excellent alternative for customers without a smartphone. In-Car Payment - Enable drivers to find and pay for parking directly from the navigation system of the car. Our online service - The customer can go online to track transactions, parking history, order new stickers, leave feedback, etc. Sms - The customer is sent SMS reminders and confirmations. The SMS service also makes short-stay parking at selected facilities possible. 4

5 Market leading in mobile parking Digital parking permits EasyPark is one step ahead in the development of digital parking permits. The idea is to help the end-customer by making it much easier to obtain a parking permit online and help the parking provider by greatly enhancing administrative efficiency. Electric vehicle charging EasyPark has developed a new service that allows electric car owners to start, stop and extend car charging time by phone. This service is unique in the way it lets a customer parking an electric car pay for both charging and parking via one and the same interface. 5

6 How is a parking session verified? We provide reliable parking verification and focus on working with our partners to make parking more efficient and cost-effective. We provide a number of options to always be able to verify a valid parking session in real time: Verification by Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) PDAs and EasyPark are compatible and integrated with all major systems currently available on the market. A valid parking session can be verified by handheld computer in several ways, e.g. by scanning the car s number plate (ANPR), scanning the parking space or a section of the car park. Verification by mobile phone EasyPark provides verification of valid parking by logging in via mobile phone, tablet or other internet browser. Verification by IVR If there is no internet connection, there is the option of calling EasyPark s IVR service to verify a valid parking session. Verification by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) EasyPark works with ANPR technology specialists. The car s number plate is scanned by a handheld unit or by a camera installed in a barrier system. 6
