Zielgruppe des Projekts JUPRAX 09 waren Personen am Arbeitsmarkt in Österreich, die ein Praktikum in einem Unternehmen der am Programm teilnahmeberechtigten Länder absolviert haben. IFA förderte mit den Projektmitteln Einzelpersonen, die als solche keinen Zugang zum Programm LEONARDO DA VINCI haben.
