17 Our Team FRANCISCO HORTA E COSTA/ MANAGING DIRECTOR Managing Director of CBRE since October Degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada,. After a brief one year experience at Citibank, Francisco worked for a Spanish construction company (Agroman/Ferrovial) where he was responsible for the Treasury Department. Francisco then spent 10 years at CBRE Portugal where he started working as a property fund manager and where he headed the Investment Department for almost 7 years, having led and participated in several relevant transactions in the market, with both domestic and international investors. In September 2008 Francisco joined Norfin, a Portuguese fund manager with circa 1bn of assets under management, as International and Commercial Director, and Board Member of the company in Spain. Francisco re-joined CBRE in November 2009 as Senior Director, coordinating contacts with institutional investors in the various areas of business, namely Capital Markets, and is also a member of the European Cross Border Capital Markets Group. francisco.hortaecosta@cbre.com CBRE Page 17

18 Our Team CARLOS RÉCIO / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR Carlos joined CBRE in 2007 and since then is responsible for the Retail Agency in Portugal. In his career, was Official of the Portuguese Army for 9 years and in 1999 assumed the duties of General Manager of Casa da Guia in Cascais and in 2004, the General Manager of the multi scheme Palacio Sottomayor in. At CBRE, over the past few years has been involved in the analysis, conceptualization and marketing of all formats of projects, including Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Outlet, and high street shops. In this last area, he was responsibility for the entry in Portugal of some reference retailers, such as Prada, MiuMiu, Zadig & Voltaire amongst others. Yet in street retail, also a reference to the work done in the expansion of Barclays Bank, with the opening of more than 100 branches and Premier Centers throughout Portugal Continental and Islands, and further optimization of the agencies portfolio rents. As a result of their market knowledge, Carlos have collaborated in retailers strategies to expand or enter in the Portuguese market, such as the Prada Group, Rip Curl, Fashion Clinic, Majorica and SportsDirect, but also in studies about the Portuguese Retail Market. In international terms has maintained cooperation with the CBRE offices in Europe and Africa, namely in the analysis and marketing of projects, for international developers and retailers. carlos.recio@cbre.com ANA JACA / CONSULTANT Ana joined CBRE in 2007 as a consultant in the area of Retail. Over the past six years she had an active role and support in various directions of high street retail, shopping centers, retail parks and outlets. Among several transactions implemented with domestic and foreign brands stand out, among others, the transactions with the MaxMara Group, Bank of China, Claire's, Sonaecom in various retail formats. She was directly involved in the expansion project of Barclays in Portugal as well as in projects renegotiating rents portfolio of agencies this same bank and Banco BPI.
