Grouping which can cause a waiting may be occur. The practice is free for all registered players in this tournament. Available for all players (thank you to bring them to their place at the end of the course) A caddy may be offered if the request is made in advance (please check the entry form) They must be shared by two players; eligibility for the buggy is determined by the medical Pass. They will open one hour before the first start Other Activities Different activities are available close to the golf club. For example, visit of the Crystal d'arques, the Dome, Saint-Omer downtown, Ballade in the marsh. You can ask the golf desk for information. These activities are not included on the golf packages. No shuttles will be planned.

3 Catering Lunches Player lounge The Player Lounge is located at the Golf Hotel Accommodation, Breakfasts, lunches and dinners Rooms Breakfasts Lunches Dinners Rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. Any unreleased room will be charged if it can t be rented for the evening. Before the competition: Served from 7:00 every day at the Golf Hotel Saturday: Served from 6:30 to hotel Sunday: Served from 6:00 to hotel For the players who take the package, the lunch bags are to be picked up in the small equipment room between the putting green and the first tee of the course. For players who will not take the package, the lunch costs 13 at The Ristandèl (Club house s restaurant) The gala dinner will be served in the restaurant of the Golf Hotel and preceded by a cocktail at 20:00, Friday the 29 th of April. For players who do not take package, the gala dinner costs 40. (Booking compulsory before Wednesday the 27th of April) For the other evening, players wishing to dine at the hotel restaurant must reserve at the Golf Hotel.

Category A: Arm Impairments Category L: Leg impairments Category W: Wheel chairs Category B: Blind or sensory and mental disorder. Category R: Other The ranking will be made in Gross stableford. In the case where the total number of ladies players does not exceed 5 in a category, the players would be grouped with the gentlemen of the same category. System of play 36 holes / 18 holes per day Course «Le Val Handigolf Open»: Players who entered in the three first series. Changes for Hole 12 (Become a PAR 3) et Hole 18 (Become a PAR 4, with tee boxes on the top of the hill) Course «Haute drève + Val front nine»: Players who entered in the fourth or fifth series. 5 Prices Gifts offered by the ffgolf to the first 3 GROSS and winner in NET of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd series and to the first 3 NET of the 4th series. (10 players in each series minimum) Gifts offered by the ffgolf to the winner of each physical category in gross. Medical Certificate Each player must have been registered before the start of the competition a medical certificate. The medical passes are not considerate like a medical certificate. A medical certificate model is provided in Appendix. We recommend you to have a copy with you during the championship.
