2 Food and Beverage Sophabella s is the sole licensee for on premise food and beverage and therefore does not allow any product to be supplied by our guests. Sophabella s, as the licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the State of Oklahoma ABLE Commission laws. The legal drinking age in the State of Oklahoma is 21 years. It is the client s responsibility to notify Sophabella s if anyone attending the function is under the legal drinking age. It is also the client s responsibility to ensure that minors attending the function are not served alcoholic beverages Sophabella s Management reserves the right to refuse service to any person without proper identification of age, or who, in our sole judgment, appears to be intoxicated. Event Guarantee Group contact shall provide a final guarantee for service no less than3 working days prior to the event. The final guarantee will be used for purposes of food ordering, scheduling of service staff and beverage staff and for final set-up needs. This guarantee will be used for billing purposes as well. Should your number of guests exceed the guarantee, Sophabella s will accommodate your guests to the best of its ability, and you will be billed for actual attendance. It is the sole responsibility of the group contact to supply guarantee numbers. If guarantee has not been submitted by 3 working days prior to the event, the contracted number of guests will be used as the final guest count.
