READ HERE! Important information We were lucky and happy to plan this extra race again, but.. Our raceweek is scheduled again between two busy weekends. Arrival is possible from Sunday 30th of november 2016, but you can only freeride on Sunday. At Monday nov 31st 2016 the race- and trainingsslope will be open for training. Official training is on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Departure is directly on Friday after the race because of the weekend skiraces afterwards, we intend to finish the race at Late checkout is not possible, we try to keep the waxcabins at late checkout, so you can keep luggage there. If you do NOT stay in the Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel, you have to pay 30 EUR per person per raceday or trainingday extra for the use of the special slope.

We have enough room, so you can do 2 trainings a day. If you have special training wishes, please send an at pepijn@snowpepper.com

3 Entries The Entry fee for competition will be 25 EUR per raceday per competitor if you are accomodating in the Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel. We will ask 50 EUR deposit per team for the bibs. NOTE! If you do NOT sleep in the Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel, you have to pay 45 EUR per person per raceday or trainingday extra for the pisteprogram! Eligible are alle competitors mentioned by the national racing association. The names of the competitors, the officials and their coaches have to be mentioned on the entry form. In addition we ask to obey the rules of the IWO. Please use the official entryform. Stuur je inschrijving naar Het is 25 Euro per wedstrijd inschrijfgeld als je in Landgraaf verblijft en als je daar geen gebruik van wenst te maken moet je per dag (zowel op trainings- als racedagen) 45 EUR extra betalen voor het pisteprogramma, ook als je een jaarkaart hebt. Je kunt via Snowworld direct zelf boeken (zie Accomodation), mocht je met meerdere mensen op een kamer willen, stuur mij dan ook een mailtje. Let op! We hebben een speciale deal voor accommodatie. Gebruikmaking van het Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel voorkomt de hele hoge pistehuur, waardoor de wedstrijd anderts niet door zou gaan!

4 Accomodation Lodging entry fee No accommodation needed: 45 for lift ticket, lunch and dinner per person amount pers. prijs p.p.p.n. 4 87, , , ,50 Full board, lift ticket and fitness included. The city tax, 2,50 per person per night is not included in the rate. Lodging information Please make sure you made the reservation before and add the form for the accommodation, reservation with names and room division. Reservations can be made by: skiteams@snowworld.com with CC pepijn@snowpepper.com Reservations are only accepted when the accommodation form is enclosed!! Lodging Payment A prepayment of 75% of the total amount, including statutory VAT, is requested by the hotel and must be paid no later than 2 weeks after the reservation is made. Your reservation will be definite once the prepayment is received, and is NON REFUNDABLE. If they do not receive your prepayment within this period, your option will be cancelled automatically. Payment information will be included in the confirmation .
