Caregiver and child will enjoy storytime and a craft that will stimulate sensory play and fine motor skills. Monday 1:-11:15am -5 Years Beginner Ballet & Jazz (-5 yrs.) Ballet/jazz positions and movement taught by a local dance studio. Saturday 1:45-11:am I Love Art (-5 yrs.) Art fun including: painting, clay and crafts for preschool ages to prepare for kindergarten. Explore different mediums, while enhancing motor skills. Thursday 12:-1:15pm Fun with Food (-5 yrs.) Anything goes from board games to life size games. Tuesday 1:-2:15pm Superhero Gym (-5 yrs.) Conquer our obsticle course and superhero themed games. Tuesday 12:-1:15pm Soccer (-5 yrs.) Fundamental skills including: dribbling, passing and shooting. Thursday 1:-2:15pm All Sports (-5 yrs.) Learn basics of soccer, basketball, floor hockey, football, and more. Wednesday 1:-2:15pm Friday 12:-1:15pm Little Dragon Karate (4-5 yrs.) A high energy class for the youngest martial artists. This 14-week program supports your home school curriculum. Children will enjoy swimming, science, art, group physical education games, field trips, and more. Our weekly meetings provide a chance for social interaction with other homeschooled children. Our YMCA soccer league is a perfect starting point for your young, energetic child to learn how to play soccer. Children will learn the basic skills of kicking, dribbling and team work. Games will be about an hour in length and played on Sundays between 9:-1:am in the gym. Volunteer coaches needed. Family Fall Festival November 19 6:-8:pm Join us for a moon bounce, festive games, make your own fall trail mix, and prizes. Cost: FP: $7.5 Prog.: $15 Family Movie Night December 2 6:45-9:pm Join us for a holiday movie on the big screen. Wear your PJ s and bring your blanket or lawn chairs for a fun night. Holiday popcorn and drinks will be served. Pizza and snacks available for purchase. Cost: FP: $7.5 Prog.: $15 Breakfast with Santa December 1 9:-11am Enjoy us for a fun-filled morning with Santa Claus. We will have a delicious breakfast, craft and pictures with Santa too. 4 Late Fall Session October 1-December 24 REINDEER RUN Santa Claus is coming to the Lansdowne YMCA on Saturday, December, for the official Ho, Ho, Go holiday race start! This annual favorite consists of: 7:am - 1 Yard Kids Gingerbread Jog (ages -1) 8:am - 5K Reindeer Run 8:5am - 1-Mile Family Fun Walk Race Details: Dress in holiday themed running apparel and bring a canned good for the local food bank. Register by November 18, to get your commemorative event t-shirt. Runners can register for multiple events. Reindeer Runners receive a goodie bag at the end of the 5K race. Prizes awarded for overall male/female and age categories. Family Fun Walk is a non-competitive, fun family activity. Gingerbread Joggers, ages -1, receive a prize at the end of their race. Parents are permitted and encouraged to run with their child and still have plenty of time to leave them with a friend for the 5K. Proceeds benefit the Community YMCA s Annual Campaign. You re encouraged to help make someone s holiday happy and take a gift tag from the tree in our lobby. All gifts go to a selected non-profit in our community to help those that might not get to celebrate Christmas. All new, wrapped gifts should be returned to the Front Desk by mid-december. We appreciate your participation and generosity during the holiday season.

Generally designated three lap lanes and exercise/water walking lanes unless otherwise noted. Lane ropes will be removed before the start of scheduled classes. FAMILY/OPEN RECREATIONAL SWIM Available for our FP Family Members to enjoy pool time together. Anyone under the age of 18 will be swim tested, no exceptions. All children, 14 and under, must be accompanied by an adult, 18+, in the water. Parents must watch their children and keep them within arm s reach, unless they have passed their swim test. Children under 12, who have not passed our Swim Test, are REQUIRED to wear a PFD and must be accompanied by an adult in the water. Lap lanes may be added/removed at the discretion of the lifeguard. OTHER POOL INFORMATION Lifeguards are in charge of pool safety for all swimmers. Proper swim attire is necessary. Bathing suit required, no cut off or mesh shorts allowed.
