The Business Hub Group was founded with the goal of providing support for the development of companies on the national and international markets. The "Engineering Division" is therefore able to offer know-how, skills and expertise in all phases of the realization processes of public and private infrastructure with dedicated services to owners and developers to create high value-added operations. The Business Hub, in coordination with its engineering division is proposed in an innovative way as makes available to interested companies, a wide range of technical and managerial skills for starting and consolidation of tender business aimed at structuring operations overall investment in international markets. 6 energy & technological systems franco rubini - studio acta Franco Rubini was born in Torino, Italy, October 4th He graduated Engineer with honors at the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy), in July Since 1979 he has been working in the field of technological and power plants, as designer, project manager and consultant, as part of the Studio ACTA s.r.l., the engineering firm of which he is manager and technical director. In he worked as a researcher at the Department of Energy and Applied Physics of Polytechnic of Turin; in he was the Italian representative of the Passive Solar Working Group of the EU-DG-XII and participated in several research programs of the Italian Energy Project of the CNR and ENEA. In 1993 he participated in the preparation of the Municipal Energy Plan of Turin and in 2005 wrote the Energy Plan of the City of Chieri (Torino). In he was a lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Turin, for the issues relating to the control of energy building design and the low energy consumption facilities. 8 architecture & project management roberto cagnoni & partners Roberto Cagnoni, was born in Novara, on 1965, bachelor 1993 in Architecture: Architecture Planning at the Politecnico di Milano. In 1996, he founded the Fabrica Associates Architects as a partner until In 1998 he founded the Arch Roberto Cagnoni & Partners and was winner of the Ph.D. in Urban and Architectural Design. At the end of his completed a PhD was appointed as a Professor at the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. From 2003 he is developing the themes of building restoration and architectural design that engage both in terms of recovery of monumental buildings. in newly constructed residential developments.
