2 Our ambition: to become one of the world s leading businesses in the open-top sightseeing market RATP Dev: an experienced player in the sector RATP Dev has operated in the sightseeing sector for years through its subsidiary L OpenTour Paris (established in 1998), but has considerably strengthened its operations in the sector in the last 18 months. During this time we have: Launched Open Loop New York, a sightseeing bus operation in New York in May 2014 Acquired The Original Tour, the pioneer and major player in the London sightseeing market (boasting 65 years of experience) in September 2014 Created a Direction dedicated to this sector in order to support its strong growth Acquired sole control over L OpenTour Paris (RATP Dev previously held a 51% share) in June Launched Hong Kong Tramways a sightseeing tour in Hong Kong in January 2016 With nearly two million passengers annually, a presence in the top three sightseeing cities in the world (London, New York and Paris), a fleet of over 200 open-top doubledecker buses, and a turnover of approximately 70 million euros, RATP Dev is already a major player in the sightseeing market. RATP Dev is unique in a sector dominated by tourism professionals thanks to its expertise in urban transport a vital aspect of urban integration energy transition and its close relationship and track record of working in tandem with transport authorities. that aims to go further RATP Dev aims to go further in sightseeing, with a turnover target of 150 million euros within five years. In the meantime, RATP Dev wants to develop sightseeing activities in three to five new markets. In order to accelerate the pace of its expansion in the sightseeing sector RATP Dev has also launched Extrapolitan, an alliance of the world s major hop-on/hop-off tour operators. The global network covers sightseeing operations by RATP Dev (currently in Paris, New York, London, Bath, Cardiff, Windsor and Hong Kong), but will also be open to local partner operators with the aim of providing the best possible international standards in quality of service, customer experience, comfortable and modern vehicles and passenger information. More than ten local operators plan to join the network in the coming months. Combining the strength of an international network with deep local expertise Extrapolitan combines the deep local expertise of sightseeing operators long present in their respective markets with a firmly global perspective. RATP Dev will continue to expand in the sightseeing sector through its own operations (acquisitions and launches of new operations) and through the growth of its affiliated partners, who will be benefit from greater business visibility and international presence along with the advantages of global management and the expertise of a large group.

3 Extrapolitan: a global sightseeing network with multiple benefits An alliance of major hop-on/hop-off tour operators Just like airline alliances, Extrapolitan is a shared label which aims to consolidate within a single network the best sightseeing operators in the world that are acknowledged for their local expertise and quality of service. The label will make it possible for all those sharing it to profit from increased visibility and appeal on the market, particularly with tourism professionals (tour operators and travel agencies). A dedicated sales team, shared sales platform and global website Extrapolitan makes it possible to address B2B and B2C markets succinctly and consistently. The global website and the coordinated sales platform via the site make it possible to access all offerings from the Extrapolitan network easily with a single payment interface in multiple currencies. There s no need to connect to each local system. The platform provides a simple, effective e-ticketing solution, which is not widely used at present. Thanks to its dedicated sales team fielding sector specialists with strong links with leading tour operators and travel agencies, Extrapolitan provides sector professionals with a single point of contact and makes it possible for affiliated partners to tap into contacts with over 300 key accounts. Sharing the best practice, expertise and experience of a large group Extrapolitan allows operators to make the most of best practice sharing in innovation, services, ticketing and energy transition. Each network alliance member can also tap into the expertise and experience of RATP Group, one of the top five urban transport operators in the work, for all matters relating to operations, maintenance and engineering.

Through its Hong Kong Tramways subsidiary, RATP Dev now offers an unprecedented experience allowing passengers to discover the city on board an historic double-decker tramway dating from the 1920s. Branded the TramOramic Tour, the first ever sightseeing tramway has two guided routes (commentary available in eight languages) catering to the main points of interest in the city and offering a fascinating introduction to the history and daily life of the island.
