2 ENROLL ACTIVATE QUALIFY This document is merely a quick reference overview of the NuCerity Compensation Plan. For complete details and requirements, you should read the full compensation plan. Enroll an IBC with NuCerity International: US$59 This fee includes your personal marketing web site, an online retail store and unlimited access to full virtual office systems for a full year. Activate Your Position Minimum Initial Activation: You can initially activate your IBC with 100CV of PV or more. Product purchase is entirely optional. Qualification means you will receive and retain commissionable volume week-to-week to generate commissions in the future. Autoship: Setting up a monthly automatic order of personal product allows you to remain active with ease and ensure your business is always qualified for maximum benefit and volume retention. Active R IBC Active Ongoing Activation: 100CV of PV each activation period of 2 days is required for all Distributors in order to remain active.

3 NuCerity is built upon a commitment to teamwork and team building. Those who commit to the completion of these three steps rapidly, and then focus on helping as many others as possible do the same exact thing, will have the opportunity to create the life of their dreams. 1. Retail Profits Earn the difference between your wholesale price and retail price from customer purchases more than 100% profit at higher volume discount wholesale pricing. PRODUCT 2. Preferred Customer Profits Earn direct profit on every Preferred Customer monthly purchase made through automatic shipment to the Preferred Customer. 3. First Sales Bonus When a Distributor chooses to purchase a First Sales age, the First Sales Bonus is paid to the Distributor s enroller (the enroller must be active) in an amount up to $100 depending upon the package purchased. (There is no requirement to purchase product - all product purchase is optional.) First Sales s are only purchasable during an enrollee's initial 2 days in NuCerity. *Mentor Bonuses are outlined in Section 7. 4 Keep in mind that NO purchase of product is necessary to become a Distributor, upgrade to a higher rank or to participate fully in the compensation plan. Purchase of product by Distributors is entirely OPTIONAL. Distributors have the right to return product they have purchased on commercially reasonable terms. Such rights are described in the Policies & Procedures published by NuCerity from time to time. 4. Star Bonuses Power/Super Star Bonus (Builder ) To earn the Power Star Bonus, simply sell the product contained in a Builder, and personally sponsor a Distributor on your left, and one on your right who also each sell the products contained in a Builder. You earn Power Star Bonus. Help these two personal enrollees achieve Power Star and you earn a Super Start Bonus. This must be completed during your initial 2 days in NuCerity. Builder Power Star = $150 Builder Super Star = $400 + $150 Power Star + $400 Super Star = $550 Total Nova Bonus (Business ) A Nova Bonus can only be earned within your initial 2 days. To earn the Shining Star Bonus you must have sold products contained in a Builder or Business. Next, enroll two Distributors who also each sell the products contained in a Business (one left, one right) under you. You earn a Shining Star Bonus! Help these two personal enrollees achieve Shining Star and you earn the Nova Bonus. This must be completed during your initial 2 days in NuCerity. Business Shining Star = $50 Business Nova = $200 + $50 Shining Star + $200 Nova = $250 Total Where the Power Star and Shining Star Bonuses can only be earned one time by a new enrollee, the Super Star and the Nova Bonuses can be earned multiple times by helping a 3rd and 4th enrollee reach Shining Star or Power Star. The same would be true of a 5th and 6th new enrollee. Of course these accomplishments must all happen in the Bonus Earner's initial 2 days in NuCerity.

5 5. Team Volume Commissions As your teams expand, the product sales of your team IBCs and their customers and the CV totals of those product sales are tracked for each team. You can earn income based on the product sales within your two teams. The Team Volume Commission is based on the Pay Team (lesser team) volume and is calculated in 250CV increments or cycles. You are paid a cycle commission of $30 per cycle (12% of the Pay Team volume) up to a $10,000 per week maximum. CYCLE AMOUNT PAY LEFT TEAM CV / RIGHT TEAM CV CYCLE COMMISSION WEEKLY MAX 250CV / 250CV $30 (12%) $10,000 TEAM VOLUME COMMISSIONS R IBC Pay Team 2700 CV Strong Team 4000 CV = 10 Cycles (2500 CV) 2700 CV CV = 200 CV Carry Over 4000 CV CV = 1500 CV Carry Over Team Commissions (10 Cycles) $300 (12%) When a Distributor position reaches the $10,000 maximum in Team Volume Commissions during any weekly bonus period, that Pay Team leg flushes and is reset to zero to start the new week. Volume in the Strong Team leg does not flush as long as the distributor remains active.

Team Commission Matching Bonus As you personally enroll other IBCs into your Left and Right sales teams for Team Volume Commission earnings and they do the same, we also track them and those they personally enroll and so on. This is your personal Enrollment Tree. Those you personally enroll are Level 1 of your personal enrollment tree; those they personally enroll are Level 2, etc. As you move up in leadership rank you are able to earn a matching bonus that is equivalent to a percentage of the Team Volume Commissions earned by those IBCs within your enrollment tree up to 7 enrollment tree levels deep. For example, if you are a Diamond and enrolled David and he earns $5,000 in Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 Level 6 Level 7 Team Volume Commissions for the week, you would earn $1,250 (25% - 1 st level) in Matching Bonus that week. If David enrolled Amy and she earned $3,000 in Team Volume Commissions for the same week, you would also earn an additional $450 (15% - 2 nd level) in Matching Bonus. Mentor Bonus The Mentor Bonus is generated by the purchase of a First Order age. Depending upon the First Order age purchased, the Mentor Bonus ranges from $50 up to $100 and is paid to the enrollment tree upline based upon qualified rank, as shown in the chart, starting with the personal enroller. A Mentor Bonus qualified upline will receive all available unpaid bonus amounts of lesser rank. 5% First Upline 2-Star Blue Diamond or higher 15% First Upline Blue Diamond or higher 10% Second Upline Diamond or higher 25% First Upline Diamond or higher 10% Second Upline Emerald or higher 15% First Upline Emerald or higher 10% First Upline Ruby or higher 10% First Upline Platinum or higher MENTOR BONUS *The Mentor Bonus payout is capped at $2,500 per weekly pay period per IBC.

7 . Bulk Sales Bonus A Bulk Sale is a larger quantity product pack purchase. You receive a Bulk Sales Bonus when someone you have personally enrolled purchases a Bulk Sales age after their initial 2 days. A Bulk Sales purchase is a personal order that satisfies the requirement of 100CV of PV during any 2 day period which is required for you to receive and retain commissionable volume week-to-week to generate commissions. Additional Business Centers As your NuCerity business grows and you advance up through the Leadership Ranks, there is the potential for you to receive up to three additional Business Centers. Each of these additional Business Centers has the potential to earn up to $10,000 per week in Team Volume Commissions and $2,500 in Mentor Bonuses. You receive your first additional center when you achieve the rank of Blue Diamond, your second center when you reach 2 Star Blue Diamond and your third center at 3 Star Blue Diamond. $10,000 Per Week Potential in Each IBC Left 2nd Business Center at Blue Diamond 4th Business Center at 3 Blue Diamond 3rd Business Center at 2 Blue Diamond Primary Business Center (IBC) at initial enrollment Right

For Diamond and above, the required enrollment leg ranked Distributors can be anywhere within the separate enrollment tree legs and do not have to be personally sponsored. At least one of the required enrollment legs must be in each team.

Diamond Rewards Diamond Pool 2% of Commissionable Volume (CV) generated by NuCerity product sales will be shared equally by all Diamond Associates and above, worldwide, based on the following scale: DIAMOND BLUE DIAMOND TWO STAR BLUE DIAMOND THREE STAR BLUE DIAMOND 3 SHARES 4 SHARES 5 SHARES 6 SHARES The Diamond Pool is calculated and paid weekly based on the Distributor s paid-as commissionable rank for the weekly bonus period. Luxury Car Program A luxury car reimbursement bonus of up to $400 per week is paid to those program qualified distributors who live in the USA and Canada who achieve and sustain the rank of Emerald and above. Automobiles in this program must be specific vehicles described in the Luxury Car Program. Details may be found in the complete Compensation Plan document.
