2 A) How to Get Started The Power of SEVEN+ Become a Distributor by comple ng an Independent Distributor Applica on and paying the $40 applica on fee, which includes a Kit containing sales informa on materials, product and company informa on produced by exfuze. As a Distributor, you are eligible to purchase product at a discount and retail it directly to your customers. In addi on, as a Distributor you can par cipate in the exfuze Independent Distributor business program and earn commissions based on the unique exfuze compensa on plan. At exfuze, this is your business and you can choose the pace at which you build your business. Kit Contents*: This valuable sales tool includes everything you need to introduce the exfuze product line and business plan to your customers and poten al distributor clients. In the Kit, you will find everything from distributor applica ons to product and informa onal brochures. Compensa on plans, along with audio and visual tools, are included that will assist you in mastering a complete business program presenta on. *Kit contents are subject to change. Kit does not contain any commissionable products. Key Terms Personal Volume (PV): Sales volume generated by your preferred customer purchases and/ or personal purchases. Business Volume (BV): Sales volume generated by the binary team organiza on. Personal Group Volume (PGV): Sales volume generated by you and your personal team tree. Personally Ac ve: Sales volume generated by your preferred customer purchases and/or personal purchases totaling a minimum 50 PV within the previous 30-Day period. Business Pay Period: Sales volume generated in a week. The pay period ends Tuesday at 11:59 PM (USA) CT each week. 2
3 B) Optional Upgrade Paks Jump Start Steps Upgrade Paks provide a great way to jump-start your business with extra value on your first purchase. You need to be a Distributor or to par cipate in the exfuze business program to purchase the Op onal Upgrade Pak. You can choose from a variety of value-added Upgrade Paks to accommodate personal consump on, business building or both. Please refer to your exfuze Back Office and go to the distributor catalogue for more informa on. C) Optional Autoship As an exfuze Independent Distributor, enjoy the convenience of par cipa ng in the Op onal Autoship program. This will ensure that you have product available for direct customer sales, personal use and business building. By using the Op onal Autoship program, it s easy to have preferred products for yourself, as well as customers, delivered on a regular basis. Use the op onal Autoship as a way to maintain your Personally Ac ve requirement of or for maintaining 200 PV to ensure access to all 7 Ways to Earn in the exfuze Compensa on Plan. D) Get Binary Team Commission Qualified One of the seven ways to earn commissions is the Binary Team Commission (BTC), which is the heart of the exfuze Compensa on Plan. To achieve BTC qualifica on you must have a minimum of Points earned through customer sales and/or personal purchases. In addi on, you must have personally sponsored and maintained one Personally Ac ve Distributor with points in each of your le and right Binary Sales Teams. Further informa on pertaining to the BTC appears in more detail in following pages of the brochure (Sec on 6). 3
4 The Power of 7 Ways to Earn Immediate & Residual Income exfuze has created a compensa on plan that allows you to earn income in not just one, two or three ways, but SEVEN ways! 1) Online Retail When a consumer is directed to your website and purchases products at the suggested online retail sales price, you are eligible to receive the following sales commissions: For each 750 ml bo le of Classic or PROformance, or 2.5 ounce GreenZILLA 10-pack, you will earn a sales commission of $12.00, and accumulate 12.5 PV and 12.5 BV in your lesser volume leg of the binary tree. For each 750 ml bo le of Premium FOCUS, you will earn $20.00 in sales commission, and accumulate 20 PV and 20 BV in your lesser volume leg of the binary tree. For a 2.5 ounce 10-pack of Premium FOCUS you earn a sales commission of $20.00, and accumulate 20 PV and 20 BV in your lesser volume leg of the binary tree. The amount earned is dependent upon what price you sell the product for. For example, PROformance wholesale is $35.00 (plus S&H) and the suggested retail price is $ ) Affiliate Bonus (AB) The Affiliate program is a great star ng point for some who prefer a direct sales model. Distributors earn sales commissions and accumulate PV/BV on the purchases of your Affiliates. Affiliates can earn sales commissions and accumulate BV on the purchases of their affiliates and preferred customers. To become eligible for binary earnings, an Affiliate may upgrade to a distributor at any me by purchasing an op onal upgrade pak and paying a $40 membership fee. See the chart for pay qualifica ons and earnings poten al.* Affiliates are placed in the binary tree and retain binary volume for a revolving four weeks. Affiliates have the op on to upgrade to a Distributor at any me for addi onal savings and more earning poten al. See chart on page 5. 4

The exfuze Chairman s Pacese er Bonus Program is quite literally one of the most innova ve pay plans ever offered in the industry, where you can qualify through customer sales and personal purchases. The Pacese er Bonus Program, with its new Op onal Builder Paks, pays out 100% of the monies allocated for commissions on entry level Paks and upgrades in a new and exci ng way. In fact at the Pacese er 200 level the pacese er bonus plan could pay out up to 62% of the price of the op onal builder pak in Pacese er commissions, through 8 levels! The Binary Team Commissions and Director Check Match are part of our Global Comp Plan. 6) Binary Team Commissions (BTC) You The Binary Team Commissions (BTC) is the heart of the exfuze Compensa on Plan. BTC are paid from the two teams built in the Binary Team Tree. Personally enroll a distributor on the le leg of your binary and personally enroll a distributor on the right leg of your binary who each generate 100PV, plus generate 100PV yourself, and you are now considered a BINARY QUALIFIED distributor and are eligible to earn binary commissions. You are then eligible to earn 10% of the commissionable volume in your lesser 100 BV volume leg. You earn on the accumula on of blocks of 300BV in your lesser 100 BV volume leg as long as you maintain being a BINARY QUALIFIED distributor with 100 accumulated PV in the previous 30 day period. Total Left Binary Team 400 BV 200 BV 100 BV Total of $30 earned for every 300 BV in lesser leg 100 BV Total Right Binary Team 300 BV 100 BV ** The Binary Team Commissions equate to earning 5% of the balanced volume from both your le and right binary teams. *** Earning poten al is based on your level of achievement. 6
7 exfuze s compensation plan tracks your sales organization in two ways: The Binary Team Tree and your Personal Team Tree. The reason for this is to maximize your earning potential. Binary Team Tree Your Binary Team Tree has a le team and a right team. It includes everyone you personally sponsor as a distributor and those they sponsor. In addi on, distributors sponsored by your up-line could also appear within your Binary Team Tree (see diagram at le ). Personal Team Tree This tree tracks the individuals you personally sponsor as a distributor and the people they personally sponsor and so on (see diagram at right). 7) Director Check Match Pool (DCM) Gold YOU Reach the director rank of Bronze or above and earn a binary check match on all Pro300 (and above) ranks in your enrollment tree. This is paid down through as many as 7 genera ons of your enrollment tree legs (Please see Rank Chart on page 9). A genera on is the first Bronze rank or above in a enrollment tree leg. Remember your enrollment tree legs consist of the distributors you personally enrolled - plus the distributors they enrolled etc. - con nuing through each of your personal enrollment legs, not binary legs. Please see diagram at right. The amount of the payout is a floa ng percentage of your Pro300 s (and above) binary pay. The floa ng percentage is determined as the remaining part of the total 55% payout a er other allocated ways of earning in the compensa on have been determined.
