3 Victorian Christmas Party Nights Come celebrate Christmas with us at the Park Plaza Nottingham in traditional Victorian style. Enjoy a heart warming traditional Christmas dinner with all your memorable favourites. Be warmed by our mulled wine and classic decor and excited by our resident DJ who we promise will keep you dancing until the early hours. Private Christmas parties can be arranged for 60 to 170 guests in our flexible banqueting suites, including the Vista Suite with panoramic city views and the Plaza Suite with a balcony. Guests arrive from 7.00pm, dinner served at 8.00pm, followed by a night of dancing with our resident DJ with carriages at 1.00am. Accommodation for Christmas parties is available at a discount of 15% off our best available rate. Splash out this festive season and upgrade to an Executive room. Your larger room will include a king size bed, turn down service on request, two bottles of mineral water, additional teas and coffees, bathrobe, slippers & face cloths. All of this for only supplement per room! NEW YEAR S EVE If you have been celebrating the New Year with us at our East Asia Nights Black Tie Ball event we can offer you an overnight stay in a Superior or Executive guestroom, New Year s Day brunch and late check-out at 2pm including VAT per person based on two people sharing a Superior double room. Terms and Conditions 1) All events require advance booking. 2) A non-refundable deposit of per person is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. 3) Full pre payment is required six weeks prior to the event date. 4) Refund and cancellation policy: No refunds or transfers of the deposit will be given. No refunds or transfers are permitted of the full event charge, if cancellation is six weeks or less prior to the event. 5) Payment: Credit card payments or cheques made payable to Park Plaza Nottingham. Wherever possible please provide only one cheque per payment. Please note, we will adhere to the number of vegetarian meals requested at the time of final payment (six weeks prior to the event) but we cannot guarantee additional vegetarian meals will be available on the night of your party unless ordered 14 days prior to the date of your event. 6) Event prices include VAT and service. 7) Accommodation is subject to availability. 8) Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Hotel of any guests who have either a food allergy or food intolerance in advance of the Event.
