ISES members are regarded as the very best in what they do, crea8ng a powerful and influen8al community of event professionals around the world, working together to find new ways to communicate through the power of live events. As our associa8on con8nues to expand and engage, reaching new audiences and markets around the globe, so the ISES brand con8nues to evolve. Today, we have a new brand vision and story to tell our clients, colleagues, suppliers and partners. ISES is changing. We are launching our new vision to become a community of crea8ve event professionals. A community that values crea8vity as part of our culture and our spirit. 4 OUR BRAND VISION Our brand vision expresses our place in the world. It captures our reason for being and defines our direc8on as a business, it is our road map. We must know clearly who we are, where we are going and where we aspire to be in the future. Our strategy may change depending on a range of factors; but our brand vision never will. We all need to believe in our vision, talk about it, refer to it constantly and live with it daily. If we do, our values and personality will come through to everyone else. Our brand vision is... 5 OUR BRAND VALUES Our brand values are the set of principles that we believe in. Our values are truths which are the primary driving force behind our brand, our ac8ons and our decisions. The truths they stand for guide us through our organiza8on's communica8ons, our marke8ng, our decisions, and most importantly, our rela8onships and connec8ons with our audiences, vendors, prospects, and clients. We need to tell people what our values mean to them and how they can share them. Our brand values are... CREATIVITY INSPIRATION TEAMWORK EDUCATION RELATIONSHIPS
6 WE VALUE CREATIVITY What is it? Crea8vity is an idea. A thought, or series of thoughts. It s what makes us different. Makes us interes8ng. Makes us dis8nc8ve. What does it mean to ISES? Crea8vity is very important to us, and more importantly, to the people we work with and for. It s our main commodity. Our intellectual property and our trademark. But it s also our culture; ISES is both a crea8ve organiza8on and a collec8on of crea8ve individuals whose en8re ethos is based on the need for con8nued and evolving crea8vity.
7 WE VALUE INSPIRATION What is it? Inspira8on comes in many forms. It can be from a person, a thought, a sound or a feeling. What does it mean to ISES? Being inspired and inspiring others is what we do. It's who we are, and who our members are. It's our ability to generate unique thought. By being a family of crea8ve professionals, we inspire each other and convert that into prac8cal and deliverable ac8vi8es that say something about our clients' brand or character.
8 WE VALUE TEAMWORK What is it? Teamwork is working together. Coopera8on between colleagues, organiza8ons and individuals. Teamwork is also mutual respect and understanding, centered on a common goal. What does it mean to ISES? Teamwork is at the heart of what we do, both as a membership organiza8on but also as a facilitator of business collabora8on. It s about our ability to bring people together to achieve great things. We are able to do this because our members are the best at what they do. It s also in our culture; being a team is important to us. We work as a team, locally and globally. We share our thoughts, ideas and best prac8ce.

Educa8on is our only tangible product, and it's something we lead the way in throughout the crea8ve event industry. We have the power to bring people together to encourage debate and challenge the conven8onal. Educa8on underlines our shared determina8on for excellence in everything our members do, and further supports our values of teamwork and inspira8on.

We believe establishing good professional and personal rela8onships are an essen8al part of who we are.
