2 This Document Please read this document carefully to understand your responsibilities in attending Firebrand Training and to ensure that you bring the necessary items and belongings. Please note that you should head for The Willows Centre on arrival this building is where check-in will take place. Please refer to the Firebrand Training Directions PDF for further details of how to find your way. The post code is: MK44 3AL It is recommended to arrange your flight to Luton or Stansted, as they are the most convenient airports from which to travel to the centre. Please refer to the Air Travel Supplement PDF in order to plan your route. Arrange your inbound flight to arrive at the airport no later than 2.00pm the day before the course commences. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the training we cannot confirm your exact departure time on the final day of training, we therefore advise that you buy a flexible ticket for your outbound flight. A shuttle service will run from St Neots train station at 5.15pm on the day you are due to arrive. If you would like to utilise this free service please admin@firebrandtraining.co.uk If you are going to miss the scheduled collection service from St Neots station please inform the training centre as soon as possible on Please note that if you are unable to make the free 5.15pm collection you will need to make your own way to the centre by pre-booking a taxi with either TGS Private Hire ( / / tgsprivatehire@gmail.com) or MJP Private Hire ( / / penberthypreece@btinternet.com). Please note we cannot guarantee that they will be able to collect you. You will also be expected to pay for this service. Your length of stay If required, additional accommodation nights are charged at 85 plus VAT and include three meals. CCTV Your personal information Your balance of payment For your safety and security 24 hour CCTV is in operation throughout our site. Your dietary restrictions and any personal needs or special requests will help us prepare for your maximum comfort. Please note that we can pre-order Halal meat and produce a certificate by the supplier if required. If you require anything in particular please don t hesitate to send your requirements to admin@firebrandtraining.co.uk. Full payment of course fees are required ten business days before start of training to finalise your enrolment.

3 Important Items You NEED to Bring With You Credit/debit card A credit or debit card is required for signature verification and for securing a room key and swipe card. It may also be used for payment of any additional testing vouchers, in the event that you need to re-sit an examination. Driving license/passport Personal items / toiletries Check-In Check-in Room Key Training Centre Swipe Card Early Check-in Orientation Please provide one form of photo identification a photocard driver s license, your passport or a Government-issued ID Card. You will also need a credit / debit card to verify your signature. You are required to show this identification prior to testing. Without photo and signature identification you will NOT be allowed to sit any tests. Bring all the necessary items that you will need to ensure a comfortable stay. Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 5:30pm the day before the start date of the course. Check-in at The Willows Centre reception. You will be issued a room key upon check-in. Please ensure that this is HANDED BACK AT RECEPTION UPON DEPARTURE. Failure to do so will result in a charge being made for the replacement. You will be issued a swipe card upon check-in at Firebrand reception. Please ensure that this is HANDED BACK AT RECEPTION UPON DEPARTURE. Failure to do so will result in a charge being made for the replacement. Early check-in may be possible but cannot be guaranteed. Please pre-arrange with Customer Service upon registration. A mandatory orientation session takes place at 6:00pm the day before the start date of the course. Your Responsibilities At Firebrand Training Damage to Property Classroom Access Safeguard your valuables Dress Code Any damage to Wyboston Lakes and Firebrand Training property will be charged to the credit/debit card of the person responsible. You will be provided with 24-hour access to training rooms. As with any hotel, keep your valuables with you or store them safely. If you choose to bring valuables with you do so at your own risk. Dress code is casual. Classroom Equipment and Supplies Computer Access to a PC is provided within the classroom for most courses however this will NOT apply to students on paper-based courses such as the CISSP, PRINCE2 etc. please ask Customer Service if you are unsure.

4 Courseware Lab Manuals and Guidebooks Unauthorised Training Material Stationery Meals All courseware will be provided at the centre. Please note that you should ensure that you have additional luggage space in order to carry your course books home with you. Firebrand Training will NOT be responsible for shipping courseware to students once they have departed from the centre. Firebrand Training curriculum study aids will be provided on the course. These are library materials and must be returned after use. Delegates should be aware that any unauthorised training material including practice exam questions should not be used during the course. Delegates may be asked to leave should the instructor find continued use of or distribution of unauthorised practice exams has taken place, in particular practice exam questions which have not been approved by the test vendor. Spiral notebook, pens, pencils, highlighters, and Post-It notes are provided at no extra charge. These meals are all included in your course fees. Any other meals or alternative arrangements are your own responsibility. Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snacks/Beverages Please note: 7.00am onwards (choice of cooked breakfast / cereal / toast etc.) To be advised by your instructor during orientation To be advised by your instructor during orientation Coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and fruit are available throughout the day at no extra charge. During your stay with Firebrand Training we try and provide you with the optimal study environment and are constantly looking for ways in which we can ensure that your training is not interrupted. We try to promote healthy eating which is why we offer alternatives to the cooked breakfast. Not only are too many cooked breakfasts unhealthy, but the level of saturated fats on a daily basis can slowdown the metabolism and make you sluggish. We want you to have as much energy as possible whilst you are studying for your exams! Your Accommodation at Firebrand Training Accommodation All our accommodation is in en-suite facilities and every bedroom has a colour TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

5 Sundry Items Smoking Any additional purchases, such as newspapers and alcoholic beverages will need to be paid for directly to Wyboston Hotel reception before departure. Wyboston Lakes does not permit smoking other than in designated areas. Services and Activities Available Internet Access A wireless network is available throughout Wyboston Lakes Check-out Please check out of your room no later than 9:00am on the last day of the course and hand your room key into The Willows reception. Failure to be out of your room by 9:00am may mean that you will be charged for an additional night s stay at 85 plus VAT. Please note that failure to return your key will result in a charge being made for a replacement the same day as departure. This charge will also apply to your swipe card supplied by Firebrand for access to the training centre. Your luggage may be left in a designated area provided by reception until you leave.
