Many hurdles to pass Challenges with public procurement rules: - From PPP to ordinary public more responsibility on Ruter, more than Ruter was able to see - Time pressure: Procurement rules want to stretch the time, project rules want to speed up the time 6

11 Personal reflections Large FC bus fleets need too be fuel automatically (overnight) due to high manpower costs There are still a lot of work to be done to convince sceptic people that hydrogen & fuel cells are not costly & unsafe solutions with a lot of waste use of energy - they are not only for the True FC Bus Beliebers! 11
