1 UAMS Human Resources Talent Management and Employment Services The recruitment and employment services area is responsible for drug screens, the assessment center, U-Temps, job audits, campus recruitment, new hire transactions, and job advertisements. Pamela Anderson HR Director of Employment Services HR Employment Services Pam Anderson has worked for UAMS since She currently serves as the HR Director for Employment Services and U-Temps. Her current responsibilities include providing a qualified pool of temporary employees for use by departments at UAMS wishing to utilize UAMS Temporary Staffing Service. Rosialyn Booth-Butler Human Resource Analyst boothrosialynv@uams.edu Rosialyn has worked for Recruitment and Compensation since She currently serves as a HR Consultant covering the front desk. Rosialyn assists applicants in person and on the telephone with completing on-line job applications, assists employees with E- Mail addresses, and answers questions regarding application, password, or other customer service issues. She also handles billing for drug screenings and advertisements.

2 Kerri Doles HR SR Consultant Recruitment and Classification Kerri Doles joined the Office of Human Resources in February 2015 as a SR HR Consultant and currently serves as a SR HR Consultant in Recruitment and Classification. Prior to this Kerri served as the Employee Services Specialist. She holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. Kerri assists in the onboarding process of new employees to UAMS, serves as an insurance and retirement presenter for New Employee Orientation and works on special projects such as Employee Service Awards and the Retiree Social. Toni Hardin HR Director of Talent Management HR Talent Management tlhardin@uams.edu Toni joined the UAMS team in November Toni leads the function development of our new talent management system (TMS) working with the many business partners on campus. Toni has 20 years experience in the area of recruitment and talent management most recently with Windstream in Little Rock implementing a talent management system.

3 Sadé Hayman HR Talent Acquisition Sadé (pronounced Shah-day) began her career at UAMS in February She has a retail background from a Fortune 500 Company where she learned a broad range of Human Resource competences such as: Succession Planning, Payroll and Recruitment. She is most known for being able to make lasting connections with everyone she meets. Sadé s current role is a Sr. Human Resources Consultant Talent Acquisition. Laverne Jones joneslaveneh@uams.edu Laverne Jones is a HR SR Consultant in the O, Section. In her role as SR Consultant her responsibilities include completing new employee hire transactions, updating the job website with new positions, maintaining job advertisements for news media, performing salary surveys /analysis, conducting job audits and attending job fairs to recruit potential new employees. She also provides technical assistance campus-wide regarding human resources policies and practices. Ms. Jones has been employed at UAMS since 1981.

4 Tom Tinker - UTEMPS ttinker@uams.edu Tom Tinker joined the UAMS Office of Human Resources Team in February Tim currently serves as a HR Senior Consultant -Talent Acquisition. He has over 15 years of Human Resources experience with corporate and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Sandy Welcher, PHR, SHRM-CP Recruitment-Talent Management swelcher@uams.edu Sandy currently serves as a HR SR Consultant in the area of Talent Management. Sandy joins the UAMS team from Windstream Communications (formerly ALLTEL), where she was an employee for over 20 years. Most recently, Sandy was a Human Resources Business Partner, with responsibilities in both Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. In 2006, Sandy was instrumental in the formation of the WIndstream Benefits Department when Alltel sold a portion of the company, forming Windstream Communications. After 5 years in the benefits department, Sandy successfully transitioned to the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team in order to learn the strategic side of the business. Sandy has a BS in Organizational Management from John Brown University and has earned both the PHR and SHRM-CP Certifications.

5 Michael Yang, BA Michael Yang is a Sr. Human Resources Consultant in the office of Recruitment and Employment Services. Michael joined UAMS in December He holds a BA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) in International Studies and a minor in Spanish. In addition, he completed 36 credit hours of graduate coursework in the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program at UALR. He has eighteen years of experience in higher education where he worked with students on professional development. He will conduct trainings on Professionalism, Office Etiquette and Behavioral Interviewing Skills for HR Managers, among others. Michael will also assist with the UAMS Leadership Institute, HR Informational Series for Leaders, and Brilliant Revised Life Workshop 2/2016 Series Updated 5/18/16
