Specifically, our experienced team can assist dentists in helping to manage payor relations, supplies and capital equipment procurement, non-clinical staffing and human resources, finance, marketing, and information systems. 3 Team Management Elite Dental Partners management team is led by experienced dental professionals including dentists. The senior leadership team had over 70 years of collective dental experience prior to joining Elite Dental Partners. This prior experience includes owning, affiliating with, supporting, and working with numerous dental practices. Elite Dental Partners management philosophy centers around establishing true collaborative relationships with all affiliated dental practices, dentists, and team members in order to provide industry leading non-clinical support services. Below is a select list of senior leadership team members. Dr. David E. Eslinger Chief Executive Officer Dr. Eslinger has over 30 years of dental industry experience. After starting his career as a dentist owning and operating multiple dental practices in multiple states, Dr. Eslinger worked in management positions at two leading national dental service organizations and also sold numerous products to hundreds of dentists and dental schools. Dr. Eslinger s experience includes an operational management position with a dental service organization that had more than 350 locations, and a mergers and acquisitions management position with a dental service organization that had more than 150 locations. Dr. Eslinger has started and led multiple businesses and holds a DDS from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, a MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BS in Biology from Graceland University. Dr. Scott B. Kalniz President and Chief Dental Officer Dr. Kalniz has more than 16 years of dental industry experience. He started his career with a single location practice and purchased a number of other dental practices and eventually sold his large 6 location dental group to a dental service organization. He joined the dental service organization as director of development sourcing a number of dental practice affiliations helping build the dental service organization to over 50 locations. Dr. Kalniz holds a DDS and a BS in Business Administration, Economics from The Ohio State University. Scott A. Judy Chief Operating Officer Mr. Judy has 18 years of accounting, finance, and operational experience. His prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer and VP of Operations at mid-sized companies, including over 5 years at dental service organizations, and over 13 years at public accounting firms including Plante & Moran. Mr. Judy is a CPA and graduated with honors from Youngstown State University. Mike S. McDermott Chief Financial Officer Mr. McDermott has 14 years of accounting and finance experience. His prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at a number of mid-sized companies in the Midwest. Mr. McDermott also spent 6 years in public accounting at Grant Thornton leading audits for companies with yearly revenues ranging from $20 million to $1 billion. Mr. McDermott is a CPA and graduated from University of Illinois.
4 Justin M. Wolfe Director of Business Development Mr. Wolfe has over ten years of healthcare services management and development experience. Most recently he worked as Direct of Mergers and Acquisitions at a home infusion company. Prior to that he worked in management positions at multiple dental service organizations that combined supported almost 200 dental practices. At these companies he led over twenty partnerships with dental practices as a mergers and acquisitions professional and oversaw numerous operational aspects of a multi-site dental business. Mr. Wolfe has also held a number of other healthcare development positions throughout his career and holds a BS in marketing from Southern Illinois University. Brian W. Mans Director of Business Development Mr. Mans has almost 10 years of development, sales, and marketing experience. Most recently he was with a large dental service organization helping grow the number of dental practices to over 570 by leading almost one affiliation per month. Mr. Mans prior experience includes working directly with almost 60 dental offices developing successful local marketing strategies, and other sales management roles at various firms. He also has experience at other firms in sales management roles. Mr. Mans holds a BS from Eastern Illinois University. Ryan B. Griffith Vice President of Development Mr. Griffith has 7 years of finance and M&A experience. Most recently he was with a lower-middle market private equity group. Prior to that Mr. Griffith s was with a lower-middle market investment bank working on buy and sell side transactions. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from Augustana College. Tanya L. Depew Managing Director of Operations Ms. Depew has 18 years of experience in healthcare management, with the last 8 years focused on dental practice affiliation, dental practice integration, dental practice de novo integration, and dental practice operations management. Most recently, Ms. Depew was part of a team within a large dental service organization that successfully integrated 70 de novo dental practices over an 18 month period. Her prior experience includes the development of a successful Telemedicine Program with the University of Kansas Medical Center offering a variety of healthcare services. Ms. Depew holds a master s degree from the University of Kansas and a BA from Southwestern College. Cristina R. King Managing Director of Dentist Recruiting and Human Resources Ms. King has 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience, including experience with two large dental service organizations with combined locations of over 700. Most recently, Ms. King led a team at a dental service organization that hired over 100 dentists in a twelve month time period across the country. Ms. King earned her BA from University of Madrid, Colegio de San Juan Evangelista, and speaks Spanish fluently. Chad S. Hallett Managing Director of Marketing Mr. Hallett has over 16 years of marketing, sales, and customer service experience. Mr. Hallett has extensive knowledge and experience in direct response, lead generation, sales conversion, and customer retention marketing and advertising
5 strategies. Most recently he was with a large dental service organization where he oversaw all of the marketing and advertising needs for more than 200 locations. Mr. Hallett holds a BS in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
