It provides a new vision of comfort or better service performance in terms of general settings, space management, technology and services, conference venues, spa... 5 INSTRUCTIONS Note that the quality of the dossier is essential! Too much information kills the informations Please note the different documents required to provide by the candidates : v a high-resolution logo of the hotel/brand v the presentation document v a one-page summary in English up to 500 words v the illustration picture of the project v name, title & picture of the representative of the project who will go on stage for the finalists Please feel free to attach any additional information or document to this questionnaire that you believe would be useful (TV ads, DVD, ads, posters, press file, etc.) Please try not to go above 20 slides and do not abandon the visual to facilitate understanding. The graphics of your presentation is free, but the document must be in PDF or PowerPoint format. The plan and the questions in this document are given as an indication. It is however advisable to answer them as much as possible. A one page summary up to 500 words is mandatory and have to be written in english. This text will be used for the presentation of your application on Hospitality-ON.com. A one-minute film presenting your project is highly recommended. The finalists will be asked to provide a video which will be broadcasted during the ceremony. The complete dossier shall be posted online on the website of Hospitality-ON. Each candidate will receive a login per application, it will also be possible to place your presentation in public edited version and private version for the Jurys which may contain confidential information.
