4 ELIGIBILITY/JUDGING 1. Eligibility The competition is open to anybody who has developed or is developing a brand new innovative idea (marketing agencies, advertisers, startups, developers, engineers ). All entries/products/services implemented between 1 st of November 2014 and the 30 th of November 2015 are eligible to compete in the Marketing Innovation award. For Internet of Things eligibility is from 1 st of May 2014 to 30 th of November NOT TO BE MISSED: one entry for the MENA Cristal Awards is automatically entered in the Global Cristal Festival Awards, free of charge, if eligible (1 st November 2013/30 th November Judging Criteria Strategy and relevance of the idea (30%) Innovation (30%) Execution (20%) Results & effectiveness (20%) Jury members cannot express or vote for their own work. 3. Awards Several Cristals will be awarded: The Marketing Innovation Grand Cristal A Cristal per category (equivalent of gold) A Sapphire (equivalent of silver) An Emerald (equivalent of bronze) The Marketing Innovation Grand Cristal will be eligible for the Festival Grand Cristal. The Marketing Innovation winning Cristals will compete for the Advertisers Grand Cristal. This Grand Cristal will be awarded by a jury composed of international advertisers only.

5 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Entries should be completed and uploaded on: For each registration, please provide all the elements below: MANDATORY 1. A 300 words presentation, in.doc format (Word) in English, including: Context (client s brief, target ) and purpose Strategy, creation and means implemented Innovation Efficiency (qualitative and quantitative). Please mention your sources. The presentation should be anonymous. No logo or company name should appear. 2. A synthesis of 30 words to best describe your case and to be used for publishing in case of wining an award. 3. Please upload a case film lasting a maximum of 2 minutes as.mp4 file The presentation should explain the system implemented or the purpose of the campaign, or describe the product or service, or the startup specificity etc. It should include key visual elements: videos, pictures or any other relevant item. Entries should be submitted in English or in a version with English subtitles (mandatory). Please indicate if the entry is limited to screenings at the Festival (musical rights ). 4. Optional / Additional material: You can send by mail any material you may consider useful for the understanding of your case, in a limited number (packaging, pictures ). Please number the items you send and mention them on the registration form on it. CRISTAL FESTIVAL 9bis, rue Delerue Montrouge France Optional (but strongly advised): 1. A shorter presentation of 40 seconds maximum

6 Winning entries will only be broadcasted in short format. If a short version is not submitted at the same time as the official registration, the original version will be used but cut after the first 40 seconds.
