Our ean-to roof system eves beam has been engineered to accommodate an integra I-beam stee which can accommodate cear spans of up to 6 metres. Additionay, with three different rafter sizes and the option of stee reinforced rafters, projections of up to 5 metres are possibe without the need for any intermediate purin support. Door and window frames have a neat weathertight connection directy to the underside of the eves beam with no requirement to space them apart on wider spans to cater for roof defection. The conceaed structura I-beam has a unique eveing feature which aows any beam defection to be adjusted back to eve. With conventiona gass roof systems, the base of the gass units and rafters are eft exposed where they oversai into the guttering. This detai provides very poor insuation and the increased possibiity of condensation forming internay on the bottom of the gass units, a famiiar probem to many owners of roof systems. With a Sunfex UK roof system this probem is eiminated. The rafters and the base of the gass units remain insuated within our roof beam structure ensuring a far superior insuated roof. The roof system can be designed to incorporate opening roof ights for ventiation, which sit neaty into the roof design at ow eve.
