It is essential that this data is collected by Govt. Staff instead of Consultant of Draft Contract Agreement (Annexure 14) Performance Security The Consultant shall prior to the Effective Date and as a condition precedent to its entitlement to payment under this Contract, provide to the Client a legal, valid and enforceable Performance Security in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee as security for the performance by the Consultant of its obligations under this Contract, in the form set out in this Contract, in an amount equal 10 (Ten) percent of the total cost of Financial Proposal under this Assignment. Performance Security Please specify if performance security amount will be on fee + cost of demarcation + cost of stone or only fee. 9 of Draft Contract Agreement (Annexure 14) The Performance Security shall be extended accordingly such that the Performance Security remains valid until the expiry of a period of six (6) months from the date of submission of the last deliverable under this Contract. We request you that it should be refunded at the submission & sanction of Draft TPS as per sr. no. 7 of Annexure (a) Sr.No. 3 Qualification and Specific experience Minimum: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or its related fields. Minimum qualification for this position is desired as B.E. Civil or other field. Normally surveyor position has qualification of Diploma Civil or ITI qualification which is adequate and acceptable as well.
