After login, the main menu with all available groups of options will be displayed on top of the screen and will remain visible at all times when using the service. When you choose a selected option from the main menu, a detailed menu will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. You can use it to navigate directly to the operation which you want to execute. Logging on to BZWBK24 Internet: Step-by-step instruction 1. PIN password to BZWBK24 Internet Upon activation of the BZWBK24 Internet service, you will receive and envelope with a four-digit PIN password. At first login, you will be requested to change the password for a longer one (from 4 to 12 characters in the case of a standard password and from 8 to 20 characters in the case of a masked password). In addition to the prescribed number of characters, your new PIN password has to meet the following requirements: the password may contain only the following characters: - letters A to Z and a to z (excluding the Polish diacritics), - digits from 0 to 9, - special characters and symbols: `'!@#$%^&*()_+-=[]{},;:.?/ the password may not be composed of only letters or only digits, there cannot be three identical characters in the PIN password next to each other; the password may not contain the NIK number, part of the NIK number or NIK number written backwards; the new PIN may not be the same as the previous PIN. Capital and lower case letters in the PIN password are differentiated. Regular change of the password (e.g. on a monthly basis) is recommended). Each new password has to meet the requirements set out above. 2. First login to the service: The following procedure is used upon first login to the service (as well as the first login after issue of a new PIN by the Branch):

2 Step 1 Client s ID Enter your identifier i.e. the NIK number Figure: Login procedure NIK number Step 2 PIN password Enter the entire PIN password from the envelope received from the Bank (four digits). Figure: Login procedure standard PIN password You can also use the onscreen keyboard to enter the PIN password. Click on the keyboard icon and enter the selected characters by clicking on the respective keys. Figure: Virtual keyboard The CAPS and BkSpce keys have the same functions as on the traditional keyboard. Clicking on the Shift key will switch the keyboard to the special characters and capital letters mode. After entering a special character or a capital letter the onscreen keyboard automatically switches back to the regular mode. Hence, the entry of each special character or a capital letter must be preceded by clicking on the Shift key. The buttons below the onscreen keyboard have the following functions: Accept - transfer the entered password to the login window Clear - delete all the characters entered Cancel quit entry of the password using the onscreen keyboard Step 3 Change of the PIN password Before you start using the transaction service, you have to change the PIN password and log on to the service again. Figure: Change of PIN password When entering a new password, you can check its conformance with the requirements and the level of security offered by your password. An indicator of the password correctness and strength is located next to the field in which you enter the new password. The degree to which the indicator display is filled reflects the correctness and security standards of the password. If the password does not meet the requirements, the indicator will remain empty and the change password instruction will be rejected. Figure: PIN password indicator bar - empty The PIN password is also unacceptable (empty status bar) when the password meets one of the criteria specified below: is shorter than 4 characters (8 characters in the case of the masked password), contains the NIK number, part of the NIK number or NIK number written backwards, contains only digits or only letters, contains three identical characters next to each other, is the same as the previous password. If the password meets the requirements and the change instruction can be accepted, green colour appears on the indicator bar reflecting the degree of security offered by the password. Each of the parameters specified below raises the degree of security by one level (as reflect by green shading of one segment of the indicator bar): - the password is longer than 4 characters (8 characters in the case of the masked password), - the password contains upper and lower case letters, - the password contains at least one digit, - the password contains at least one special character, - the password is longer than 10 characters. Figure: Redemption of participation units The execution of the order may take up to a few days Upon redemption of participation units a redemption fee may be charged (if the redeemed units are subject to such a fee) or, in the case of personal customers, income tax on savings profits (if the redeemed units have generated profits and are subject to taxation). If, as a result of redemption, the remaining number or value of units in the register is lower than the minimum required by the fund statutes, all units from that register will be redeemed. Methods of units redemption and conversion (personal customers only) If units acquired under different transactions (different packages) are recorded in the same register, it may be important which of them are to be redeemed since different purchase prices and different purchase dates may have an influence on the tax and charges payable. If units were acquired in a single transaction (one package) the redemption method is irrelevant, similarly as in the case of redemption of the entire register when all unit packages are redeemed. If a number of unit packages are recorded in a register, the units are redeemed by packages depending on the redemption order size one by one, until the whole transaction is executed. The following redemption methods can be chosen: First-In-First-Out (FIFO) The execution of the transaction starts with the oldest units and the youngest units remain in the register. Last-In-First-Out (LIFO). The execution of the transaction starts with the youngest units and the oldest units remain in the register. Highest-In-First-Out (HIFO). The execution of the transactions starts with the packages containing units with the highest purchase price. Individual selection method. In this option, you decide about the sequence in which your units are redeemed.

17 Selection of units for redemption or conversion If you choose an individual selection method when redeeming your units, an additional screen will appear on which you will have to define the sequence of package redemption. The packages for which sequence of redemption is not selected shall be redeemed in the sequence in which they are displayed on the screen (top-down). After confirming the selected sequence you will be redirected to the redemption or conversion confirmation screen. Figure: Selection of packages for redemption How to convert participation units? If you want to withdraw your money from one fund and invest in other fund, you can do it quickly and easily by placing a conversion order. To do it: in the Savings tab choose the Convert option next to the register whose units you want to convert into units of another fund (the register must have an assigned number and a value higher than zero), choose a target fund from the list of available funds. if you want to make a conversion to an existing register, select the register on the list. if a new register is to be opened as a result of conversion, select the proper flag read the summary information prospectus of the target fund. choose the method of defining the conversion volume (number of units, gross amount, net amount, entire register see below). define the conversion volume (number of units with three decimals, amount of money including groshes). If you choose to redeem the entire register, leave the field empty. choose the method of the units redemption (personal customers only): redemption of oldest units (FIFO), redemption of youngest units (LIFO), redemption of highest price units (HIFO), individual selection (see above) If you choose individual selection, specify the sequence of packages to be redeemed (see above). Check the correctness of the data and press the Confirm button authorise the transaction using smscode or a token. Figure: Conversion of units The execution of the order may take up to a few days. Upon redemption of participation units income tax on savings profits may be withheld (if the converted units have generated profits and are subject to taxation) or a differential distribution fee may be charged (if the target fund has a higher distribution fee than the source fund and the conversion is made for the first time). If, as a result of conversion, the remaining number or value of units in the register is lower than the minimum required by the fund statutes, all units from that register will be redeemed. The same effect may be obtained when the participation units in the source fund are first redeemed and then participation units of the target fund are acquired, however, a conversion order offers a number of additional benefits: a single conversion order will be executed faster than two consecutive orders, an upfront fee may be charged in respect of a redemption order, in the case of conversion, a differential distribution fee will never be higher than the acquisition fee, in the case of conversion to a fund with the same level of distribution fee, the distribution fee will not be charged, in the case of conversion to a fund with a lower distribution fee, the distribution fee will not be charged, in the case of first conversion to a fund with a higher distribution fee, the distribution fee will be charged, however, only in the amount equivalent to the difference between the fee rates in the source and target funds, after returning to the source fund through another conversion to a given register (for example, 1% rate >>0% rate>>1% rate) the distribution fee will not be charged. How to define the redemption or conversion volume? When placing redemption and conversion orders, their volume may be defined in four ways: Number of units. Specify the number of units which are to be redeemed. As a result of redemption, you will receive the amount of money which is a result of multiplication of a number of units and unit value, after deducting the tax and applicable fees, if any. In the case of conversion, the resulting amount, after deducting the income tax, differential distribution fee and additional charges, if any, will be used to pay for participation units of another fund. Gross amount. In the case of redemption, the register balance is reduced by the number of units equivalent to the order value. The amount specified in the order will be reduced by the potential taxes and charges. In the case of conversion, the amount will be used to pay for the purchase of participation units of another fund. Net amount. In the case of redemption, you will receive the amount specified in the order. The balance of the register is reduced by the number of units equivalent to an amount specified in the order plus the potential taxes and fees, so that after

18 deducting the taxes and fees the net amount is obtained. In the case of conversion, the resulting net amount (after redemption of the respective number of participation units and deducting the differential distribution fee and additional fee, if any) will be used to pay for participation units of another fund. Entire register. All units recorded in the register will be redeemed or converted. How to view orders? The option Savings -> View orders provides access to information about the placed register opening orders and orders for the acquisition, conversion or redemption of Arka funds participation units. How to open an account or order a card at a click? The tab Our offer for you gives personal clients quick and convenient access to the product range of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Using the tab, you can learn about the available banking products and acquire them quickly. You can buy the selected banking products at a click (fully automatically, at an instant, without a need to visit the Bank or wait for the courier), and for other products you can file an online application (the agreement will be signed via a courier or at the Bank s branch). The contents and functionalities of Our offer for you tab depend on whether you are adult, whether you gave your consent for receipt of marketing information via electronic channels and on the banking products you already have. If you have agreed to receive marketing information via electronic channels, in the tab Our offer for you, you will find proposals of services addressed specially to you, if possible, including the personalized credit offering (the amount of credit you could apply for, e.g. personal account overdraft, cash loan, credit card limit). The side menu contains proposals prepared specifically for you broken down into the following categories: Loans cash loans, credit cards and personal account overdraft, Savings and accounts personal accounts, savings accounts, term deposits, Arka investment funds, Cards cards issued to accounts, prepaid cards, Insurance car insurance, card insurance, Open-Ended Pension Fund. In order to acquire the majority of banking products (e.g. an account, a card) at a click you have to be adult, be an active user of BZWBK24 services authorised with a token or smscodes and have a BZWBK24 Electronic Services Agreement signed after 19 January, If you signed your agreement earlier, you can sign a new agreement in any of the bank s branches or update it without leaving your home see the chapter How to order a new BZWBK24 agreement?. At present, the following banking operations can be executed at a click : opening of a PLN or FX personal account (with or without a card), opening a PLN or FX savings account, ordering a payment card for the personal account held (you will receive the card by mail), covering the payment card with insurance under the Financial Insurance Package Pewne Pieniądze (Safe Money). The range of the offering will be broadened in the future. The process of acquiring a banking product at a click is always similar (with minor differences for specific products): choose the product which you want to purchase from the offer presented under Our offer for you tab, read the detailed product description, define the product parameters (account/ card type etc.) by entering data in the respective fields on the screen, enter your contact address, the regulations pertaining to the acquired products are immediately sent to the specified address (e.g. rules, schedules of fees and charged, insurance terms, etc.), read the agreement or statement displayed on the screen (it is also recommended to save the text of the agreement/ statement as a file on your computer hard drive), accept execution of the agreement in the electronic form (use of an smscode/token is required). The banking product will become available as soon as possible. The precise information is always given at the end of the purchase process.
