1 Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A.(BZ WBK Brokerage) Our customers may easily and conveniently invest on the stock exchange and manage their investment accounts (securities accounts and money accounts). The only thing you need is a computer with access to the Internet, a palmtop or another mobile device with access to the Internet or a telephone. Investor online Investor online service offers you quick and safe access to the investment account kept by BZ WBK Brokerage. It allows you to watch the market moves in real time any place you are and invest not only on the WSE but also on the American and other greatest global stock exchanges. The service is available in two different versions PROFESSIONAL and PRESTIGE. Scope of services: PROFESSIONAL 1) displaying the investment account balance and history, 2) viewing current and historical orders, 3) receiving SMS price alerts information about values and changes of the selected securities and indices listed on the WSE, 4) receiving notifications related to the account and important market information by electronic channels ( , SMS), 5) placing orders to switch between tariff schedules and applying for/ switching to tiered commission or negotiable commission, 6) viewing in real time research analyses and recommendations prepared by BZ WBK Brokerage analysts and dealers, 7) placing dispositions to transfer funds, 8) placing orders on the WSE (extra time trading, fixing, continuous trading, futures, options, property rights, index units), New Connect, CeTO and foreign markets, 9) modifying pending orders (WSE and New Connect), 10) cancelling orders, 11) primary market services (orders/ subscriptions on the primary market, reviewing subscriptions, information about loan applications filed and loans granted to finance purchase of shares) 12) issue sponsor information (information about the assets recorded in the registers of the securities owners) 13) placing instructions to enter into agreements on access to foreign markets, 14) foreign exchange, 15) placing orders to use convertible currencies PRESTIGE 16) providing real-time stock quotes from the WSE and New Connect 17) monitoring WSE and New Connect indices in real time 18) displaying charts with a wide range of technical research data in real time (WSE and New Connect), You can also track the quotes from American stock exchanges in real time. How to use the services of BZ WBK Brokerage? Technical requirements To use the Investor online service you need a computer with access to the Internet equipped with a web browser using 128-bit data encryption key (or stronger). Being concerned about your security, we recommend using the latest versions of the browsers that will ensure maximum security. You can additionally enhance the safety of your transactions using a miniature encrypting device i.e. the token. Internet Addresses The Investor online service is available from the following websites: or If you are entering the service for the first time and you want to open an investment account, click on the link Open an account in OUR OFFER tab and complete the registration form. If you already have an account and you want to place an order, choose the option Login Investor online. Login To log on to the service you will have to enter in respective fields your NIK number, PIN password and (if you use a token) a password generated by the token. The data entered should be confirmed by pressing the Login button. Once logged on

2 successfully, you will see a page on which you can choose the options of interest to you. If you have more than one account you can use the option Settings Switch between accounts option that will allow you to switch between the specified accounts and execute transactions without having to log on to the system again. Token You can optionally take advantage of an additional security solution in the form of a token i.e. a miniature encrypting device that generates one-off access passwords. Tokens are programmed individually for each Client. Each time you log on to the system, it will generate a password to be used only once within a period of one minute. Since the token does not require any additional software to be installed on a computer, you will be able to access your account via any computer connected to the Internet. Security For the sake of secure access to the system, the Clients are provided with individual codes: PIN - generated by BZ WBK Brokerage, known only to the Client, ensuring exclusive access to the Investor online service. The PIN password is handed in a specially sealed envelope. The system forces the Client to change the PIN password upon first login and subsequently every 360 days. NIK - an eight-digit, unique individual Client identification number. You will receive the NIK number upon signing the agreement. PUK - a twelve-digit number allowing the Client to unblock access to the account. You will receive your PUK number together with the PIN in a specially sealed envelope. Transmission of data between the Client and BZ WBK Brokerage is encrypted. Our server has a security certificate which means that data transmission is protected against unauthorised third-party access. Also, in the event of three successive attempts to connect to the system using a wrong PIN code, we will automatically block the account and notify the Client. Logout For the sake of security it is absolutely required to choose and accept the Log out option when you want to finish using the Investor online service. Failure to do so, might expose your account to a risk of unauthorised access. How to use the account? Money account associated with the securities account The option Account management - Balance gives you access to information about the cash balance on the investment account, including such details as the cash account balance, funds available for disbursement and funding orders, amounts payable due to executed buy orders, receivables from executed sell orders, the amount of credit limit sanctioned and utilised, value of the security deposit, amount of loan granted to finance the purchase of securities, current value of the loan security and value of the portfolio and own funds. If you can invest on foreign markets (you have signed a special instruction to the agreement), you can switch between PLN and FX accounts. Figure: balance.png Money account history The option Account management History will allow you to view the money account history for the last few months. It is displayed in the form of a table covering the selected period of time and containing information on dates, names and values of transactions and the ensuing account balance. The records displayed on the screen are printable using the standard browser functionalities. Transfer Using the option Account management - Transfer you will be able to transfer funds to six predefined own accounts held with other financial institutions or other accounts kept by BZ WBK Brokerage. To execute the transfer it is necessary to select the target account, enter the amount to be transferred and finally accept the instruction. A successfully completed operation will be confirmed with a message displayed on the screen containing an operation check number. The transfer amount cannot exceed the total of the funds available for disbursement. Acceptance of an instruction by the system will result in blocking the relevant amount on the Client s money account. A transfer instruction is not subject to cancellation. Securities account The option Account management - Securities balance will give you access to information on the standing of the securities on the securities account. The information will include the current balance, number of items blocked as a result of placing a sell order and the portfolio valuation. The Account management Securities history option will allow you to view the securities account history for the last few months. It is displayed in the form of a table covering the selected period of time and containing information on dates, names and values of transactions and the ensuing account balance. Thanks to the Account management - Daily Market Clearing option, you will be able to receive information on the settlement history of daily gains or losses in connection with open futures positions and options.

3 Foreign currency buying and selling If you hold currency accounts run in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF, by using the option Account management FX exchange, you will be able to buy and sell selected currencies online at the exchange rates of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. How to invest? Order placement The Investor online service will allow you to place sell / buy orders for financial instruments with respect to fixing, extra time trading and continuous trading on WSE, New Connect and CeTO. Additionally, holders of FX accounts can place and cancel orders both on the futures and spot foreign markets. To place an order you have to specify the transaction type i.e. buy or sell and the number, type and name of the financial instrument. After the order is accepted by the system, it is recommended to print off the form with an order check number. When placing the order, you can define a number of additional parameters, such as: order type with a limit a defined price limit for the securities PKC any price PCR market price PCRO opening market price Stop limit an order with an activation limit and instruction to execute the order at a specified price Stop loss - an order with an activation limit and instruction to execute the order at any price order validity date one session valid by date order validity date WuA execute or cancel WiA execute and cancel until revoked an order with an indefinite validity period If you use the PRESTIGE package and watch the market moves in real time, you can place orders integrated with the quotes. This option enables an immediate response to the changing market situation. You just have to click on the sell or buy trade watched on the screen and an order form with details of the transaction filled in. When you click the accept button the order will be placed. Figure: order_new.png Order cancelling/ modification In the Investor online service you can cancel or modify orders placed earlier using the option Orders Current session after clicking on the appropriate icon for an active order. Instructions to cancel/modify orders are carried out by BZ WBK Brokerage depending on the stage of their execution. Selecting the Cancel option will result in an instruction to cancel an order, while the Modify option will allow for changing the parameters of the entire order or its unexecuted part. The modification functionality does not apply to orders on foreign stock exchanges and CeTO. Each instruction is confirmed by a separate message appearing on the screen. Figure: current session.png Viewing historical orders This option will allow you to view all archived orders, that is, orders cancelled, executed or past their validity date - irrespective of the channel via which they were placed (Internet, telephone or personally at the customer service point). While searching for information, you should specify the name of the financial instrument and the time span, and next accept these parameters. Unreleased orders This option will allow you to place buy/sell orders previously defined under the Settings Unreleased orders option. The summary of unreleased orders is displayed in the form of a table. To place an order, use the option Orders Unreleased orders. How to check information about executed transactions? Current transactions The option Transactions Current will allow you to view data on the transactions concluded during the on-going session. The data are displayed in a table. Archived transactions This option will allow you to view transactions concluded over the last three months. In order to retrieve the data, you will have to define the opening date and closing date of the selected period. You will be able to view both information on the current session and archived records i.e. the orders which have been executed and orders past their validity date. The data are displayed in a table.

4 How to make use of information? Information Centre In the Information Centre option you have simple and quick access to information required by all investors, including current market developments, commentaries, recommendations, assessments and other analytical research deliverables prepared by BZ WBK analysts and dealers. information centre.png The Information Centre is a source of useful information facilitating investment decisions. All the information items are grouped into thematic categories and ranked chronologically. You can also use a search engine and the user interface is very friendly. Thanks to the transparent structure, the use of information and research materials is convenient and easy. Quotes The Information Centre Stock exchange quotes option provides Clients using the PRESTIGE Package real-time access to quotes on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and New Connect market. If you want to view the WSE quotes online you have to install specialised software for tracking quotes live (NOL application). The NOL application additionally offers elements of a technical analysis. If you wish to have access to real-time quotations from the US stock exchanges and you have an account run in US dollars, you only have to complete the relevant instruction form in the Instructions option. Watching the trading sessions in an online mode you can select the financial instruments or indexes in which you are interested. This site also contains links to the so called snap quotes and stock exchange websites with quotes in delayed time. In the PRESTIGE package, snap quotes help investors monitor WSE quotes in real time without having to install additional software, with an option of refresh time set to 1, 5 or 10 minutes. quotes.png AmiBroker AmiBroker is professional technical analysis software available to Clients using the PRESTIGE package. AmiBroker offers an option of receiving stock exchange quotes in real time, in addition to end-of-day quotes. The application functionalities include communication with different data sources (NOL application to receive WSE quotes in real time and a possibility of downloading databases with end-of-day data saved in different formats); a wide range of indexes and a possibility to design new indexes; scanning the market to search for transaction signals; a module used to create one s own transaction systems based on AFL language with a historical testing capability to optimize the designed systems; and a very high degree of configurability to adapt the software to the individual needs of the user. BZWBK Brokerage information This option will give you access to the messages published by WSE, PFSA, companies listed on WSE and to current recommendations, chats and new services and promotions offered by BZ WBK Brokerage. Data for AT software Using the option Information Centre Data for AT software you can download files with data for technical analysis software (AmiBroker, MetaStock) in the intraday format (if you use the PRESTIGE package) or end-of day format. Requests for support can also be ed to dm.inwestor@bzwbk.pl. How to use electronic instructions? Instructions The Instructions option facilitates your contacts with BZ WBK Brokerage. Instead of visiting customer service outlets of BZ WBK Brokerage to manage your account, you can send electronic requests available online. In this way you can, for example, open another account, extend the scope of your brokerage agreement to include investments in derivatives, foreign financial instruments or Individual Brokerage Service. The list of available requests/ instruction forms is expanded all the time. Viewing instructions This option can be used to check the instructions placed via Investor online. The current status of each instruction is marked as: in progress, approved or rejected. If the instruction has been rejected by BZ WBK Brokerage, you will also find description of the rejection cause.

5 How to adjust the service to your needs? SETTINGS and SMS Using the option Settings - and SMS you can select the way in which you will be notified of certain events, receive news from information agencies as well as information and notifications from BZ WBK Brokerage. There are three channels to choose from: messages in the Investor online service, s or SMS. In this option you can freely define the address and mobile phone number to which information on selected events will be sent. Activations The Settings - Activations option will allow the user to subscribe to real-time stock exchange quotes and paid SMS packages. Using this option, you can also track their history. SMS Alert The Settings - SMS Alert option will allow the user to define, modify and cancel price alerts sent via SMS to users of Polish mobile telecom services as well as activate the provision of information on the WIG20 values and the biggest stock increase/decrease on opening of continuous trading. Switch Account The Settings - Switch Account option will allow you to switch from the currently active account to another account without logging out of the service. This option is useful when you hold more than one investment account or act as a proxy to more than one investment account kept by the BZ WBK Brokerage. Change PIN To change your current PIN, you have to choose the option Settings Change PIN, enter your current PIN, then enter the new PIN twice and accept the operation. Prior to defining a new PIN password read the rules of changing PIN set out in the Help section. YOUR PROFILE Login Your Profile Login option will allow you to define the login settings in such a way as to be connected directly to a specific account or a specific section of the website. My Securities Your Profile My securities option will allow you to compile your own list of financial instruments that could be used to place orders. Other Your Profile Other option will allow you to define the following settings of the Internet service: quick order placement/ cancelling and a choice between a three-letter acronym and a full name of the presented shares. How to use the Primary Market option? Primary Market The Primary Market option enables placement of a new order or subscription. To this end, a list of financial instruments being currently subject to the public offering on the primary market is displayed, including the offering addressed to current shareholders with subscription rights. No securities on the list means that BZ WBK Brokerage is not accepting at that moment any subscriptions /orders for any security on the primary market via the Internet. The Primary Market - View/ Update option will allow you to obtain information on subscriptions made on the primary market by the Client being the owner of the account. The Loans offered option provides information about available lending offer to finance purchase of securities on the primary market or during an IPO and can be used to file an application for the loan. The View loans option will allow you to obtain information on the submitted applications for loans to finance the purchase of securities on the primary market and the loans granted. Issue sponsor The Issue sponsor option provides information on securities entered into the register of the holders of securities acquired through primary trading or public offering which have not been recorded on your investment account yet and for which BZ WBK Brokerage acts as the issue Sponsor.

6 Investor mobile The Investor mobile service is a new version of the Investor online transaction service. The mobile version offers access to the Investor online transaction service using devices other than the traditional computer and ensuring bigger mobility of the service. Each client using Investor online is automatically granted access to Investor mobile, co if you have the appropriate mobile device you can log on to the service instantly. Each new Client receives access to both version of the service at a time. The range of services provided by Investor mobile is similar to Investor online and includes the following services: viewing your investment account and money balances, placing, modifying and cancelling orders related to extra time trading, fixing and continuous trading on the WSE, New Connect, CeTO and foreign stock exchanges, viewing current active orders, placing money transfer orders to six predefined accounts, and viewing live the trading sessions on WSE and New Connect (up to five best offers). How to log on to the investment account? Technical requirements and security To use the Investor mobile service you will need a mobile phone, smartphone, palmtop or another mobile device enabling configuration of access to the Internet. To ensure the required degree of security, encrypted connection via the HTTPS protocol is needed. You cannot access the service via WAP browser. Logout For the sake of security it is absolutely required to choose and accept the Log out option in the upper right-hand corner of the screen when you want to finish using the Investor mobile service. Failure to do so, might expose your account to a risk of unauthorised access. Login To log on to the Investor mobile service you need to write the following address in the web browser window of the mobile device: When you are successfully logged on to the service, the following main menu will be displayed: mobile_menu.png If you have more than one investment account, the Switch account/ currency option will allow you to switch from a currently active account to another account and execute transactions without logging out of the service. Investments in the mobile service The Investor mobile service is operated in the same way as the Investor online service. Read the information and advice in the Investor online section of this guide. mobile_order.png How to view stock exchange quotes? The mobile service offers real time monitoring of stock quoted on the WSE and New Connect market. The data are not refreshed automatically, however, you can refresh the information presented on the screen at any time. Maximum five financial instruments are presented on one screen. For each financial instrument the following information is displayed: name, last transaction price, percentage change of the last transaction price vs. the closing price during the previous session, aggregated trading volume in the current session, number of instruments bought, best buy limit, best sell limit, number of instruments sold. By default, the instruments defined by the Client in the Investor online service, Your profile My securities are shown on the screen. Other instruments can obviously be displayed as well. When you click on the buy or sell price of an instrument in the main screen under the Quotes option, you will automatically be redirected to the order placement screen. When you click on the number of instruments bought or sold, you will be redirected to the screen with quotes of five best offers. mobile_quotes.png

7 Telephone services In order to use the services of BZ WBK Brokerage, it is sufficient to have a landline or mobile telephone. You can get access to the majority of services provided by BZ WBK Brokerage over the phone. After dialling any of the numbers specified below you will reach the BZ WBK Brokerage Contact Centre. After selecting one of the options, you will be connected to one of our employees who will receive your orders or instructions. Customer authentication is carried out on the basis of predefined authorisation codes. When placing an order or an instruction, your role will be limited to answering the employee s questions. If any of the order parameters is incorrect, the employee will inform you about it at once, so that you can correct it at once and avoid rejection of your order by the stock exchange. In direct contact with our employees, you can also clarify any doubts which may arise when placing an order. The services available over the phone include placement of orders and execution of a range of different account management operations. How to get access to BZ WBK Brokerage services over the phone? Security Security of transactions executed by phone is ensured through the use of individual and confidential PIN password for telephone services, agreed with the Contact Centre. The PIN password is known only to the Client and authentication is carried out automatically in the Contact Centre system. Additionally, BZ WBK Brokerage can identify the Client using the password defined at the time of signing the Brokerage Agreement. Each order is subject to verification while being accepted by an employee in order to be authenticated, in particular with respect to the client s identity. The employee will also check the correctness of your order and conformance of the selected terms with the order type. All orders are electronically recorded and stored. How to use the investment account? Using the phone, you can for example: extend the scope of the brokerage agreement to include additional brokerage services obtain information about the balance and history of your investment account request an account history statement or portfolio valuation certificate restrict access to the account change the address data (mailing address, telephone number) transfer money to predefined bank accounts change the tariff schedule open an FX account exchange currencies through the investment account transfer securities, transfer account to a different Customer Service Point How to invest? Over the phone, you can not only manage your account but also: invest on WSE, New Connect and CeTO and the biggest European and US stock exchange markets modify and cancel pending orders, and obtain information about active and archived orders and executed transactions. How to obtain additional information? We have launched a dedicated infoline for our customers at (cost of the connection in accordance with the operator tariffs, available on business days between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.) where you can get information on: current situation on capital markets and stock exchanges, listed companies, stock quotes, services provided by BZ WBK Brokerage.
