2 Corporate Advertising Membership Meadowlands Golf Club Corporate Advertising Membership offers a unique opportunity for organizations to gain exposure in a local market while leveraging golf privileges for clientele and staff. 18 Corporate Advertising Memberships will be available for the 2014 golf season. These memberships will be offered to 18 different organizations in non-competitive industries to ensure that your marketing efforts are not undermined. Our golf club caters to over 40,000 golfers every season. This includes the general public, members, and many tournaments which consists of participants from all over Alberta, and in some cases out of province participants. These tournaments also range from large corporate companies, to small local businesses, to family reunions, which is a huge range of exposure for your company. Meadowlands Golf Club is improving every year in terms of revenue, golfers, memberships, and tournaments. Meadowlands Golf Club is able to work with you to design a unique corporate membership that will enhance your corporate and community profile and give you the edge in your specific industry. 3 Included Advertising The advertising outlets that your company will obtain by becoming a Corporate Advertising Member are: Hole Sign Scorecard Driving Range Online Potential Events Board Hole Sign Each Corporate Advertising Member will have a hole sign on the course. This is the sign that displays each hole's par, yardage, and map. Your company's logo will appear at the bottom of this sign. Because our course alternates Front 9 and Back 9 starts, every hole receives the same amount of exposure. Scorecard Your company's advertisement will also be placed on the scorecard. This is a huge advantage, as every golfer looks at the scorecard multiple times per round. As well, Meadowlands Golf Club attaches a scorecard to all donations, resulting in an even larger exposure and reach. Page 2 of 8

4 Driving Range New to 2014, Meadowlands Golf Club will be installing driving range dividers. Each of these dividers will display one of our Corporate Advertising Members. This form of advertising is particularly efficient, because each person who stands there hitting balls will be staring at your advertisement for as long as they are on the driving range. Online The website advertising alone provides a substantial benefit to your company. Not only will your company's logo be featured on our site, but there will also be a link to your company's website on our sponsor page, and a sponsor spotlight page on our Website Blog. In addition to the website, we will also mention your company on our social media outlets, Facebook and Twitter. Events Board Our events board is currently under construction, if it is ready for the 2014 season than we will be supplying this advertising to our Corporate Advertising Members as a cost free bonus! The events board will be placed nearby the front doors of our Clubhouse, in a highly visible area by the bag racks. This events board will display club information regarding ongoing and upcoming events. The logos of our 18 Corporate Advertising Members will boarder the events board. Page 3 of 8

5 Golf Membership Supplementary to the advertising in the Corporate Advertising Membership, Meadowlands Golf Club is able to create a variety of golf memberships designed to meet your business needs. Some of the options for this membership are: A select few of named golfers for the golf season Complimentary passes to distribute amongst staff or clients A hybrid of a select few named golfers and complimentary passes A staff tournament When choosing which package you prefer for your company, some of the questions you may consider are: Is this membership aimed at entertaining multiple clients? Will the membership be used as a reward system for employees? Will only a select few be utilizing the membership? If so, how many people? Is it efficient to use this membership as a value added bonus for customers/clients? Meadowlands Golf Club takes pride in being able to work with clients to achieve what they are looking for. 6 Alternative Packages If your company is looking for a more affordable way of advertising with us, or a different way of handing out golf passes to clients and staff, we have a variety of other options for your company: Club Event Sponsorship Beverage Cart Sponsorship Golf Pass Sponsorship Cart Placard Sponsorship Club Event Sponsorship Meadowlands Golf Club runs five major club events each season. These events are: Member/Guest Tournament on June 8th Canada Day Tournament on July 1st Club Championship Tournament on August 9th and 10th Open Championship Tournament on August 23rd and 24th Turkey Scramble on September 28th We want to enhance these tournaments in the 2014 season, with more elaborate prizes and interesting contests. Therefore, for the 2014 season we are allowing sponsors for these events. The advertising potential with these events is extensive. The tournament will be referred to as, for example, "Meadowlands Golf Club Open Championship Sponsored by Your Company." Posters (11 x 17) for these events will be designed and distributed throughout our clubhouse, other golf clubs, and around different businesses in the Red Deer area. As well, we will advertise these events in the newspaper, on our website, and on Page 5 of 8

7 our social media outlets. At the event your company's logo will appear on the welcome signs, team list, hole prize list, and the proximities. For each event, we will allow a maximum of two sponsors, however your company can also choose to be the sole sponsor for an event. As well, we have the Buy It Now! option, where your company can sponsor all of our club events, and in addition to the advertising, you will also get a complimentary foursome in each of these events!* Beverage Cart Sponsorship For the 2014 golf season Meadowlands Golf Club will be purchasing a new beverage cart. We are inviting sponsors to get their company name out there by placing their logo on our beverage cart. The beverage cart spends more time on the course than any other cart. The benefit of your company's logo being placed on the beverage cart is that each golfer sees the cart multiple times in a round, whether they are purchasing products or not. Three sponsorships are available for the beverage cart, a logo on each side of the cart, and one on the back. Once your company logo is placed on the cart, your logo will remain there until the cart is no longer usable, which is a minimum of five years. As well, your company can choose to purchase all three of the logo spots. Repeat exposure is effective, therefore the value of this sponsorship is incredible. Not only is each customer going to see the beverage cart multiple times during their round, but if they golf often and come back year after year, then the repeat exposure is maximized. Page 6 of 8 * Excluding the Club Championship, however you will get a complimentary foursome in our charity tournament Drive "Fore" the Cure that raises money towards cancer and is valued at $125 per player. * Club Event Sponsors will be required to sign a three year agreement

8 Golf Pass Sponsorship If you are interested in the idea of having passes to provide to clients, however aren't interested in advertising with us, then this is the sponsorship for your company. Your company can purchase 50 complimentary rounds at Meadowlands Golf Club to hand to clients at your disposal. The passes will have your company name on them, which is a cost-free benefit for your company. This sponsorship is completely customizable. You have the choice of whether these passes include a power cart or not, and you can specify if the rounds are for 9 or 18 holes. Cart Placard Sponsorship Every one of our power carts has a cart placard where your company logo would be placed. Therefore, every golfer that goes out and takes a power cart will be exposed to your company logo, and even those golfers who do not take a power cart will see your logo in the staged carts by the Clubhouse. This sponsorship is only available to one company per season, so it s important to act quick if this interests you. Page 7 of 8
