In addition to the modules Drawing Management and Document Management, our system also contains the components Protocol Management, Contract Management as well as Defect Tracking and the Construction Diary. The possibility of using the system intuitively makes an easy introduction also in bigger projects possible. The module Document Management helps you to manage the creation, sending and receipt of the correspondence in your project. The automatic followup and the multidimensional file tray guarantee a comfortable handling of your documents. The automatic alert function helps you to work on time. The extensive attribution fulfills the criteria for the storage of documents. The possibility of linking your documents to other modules is the key to the successful management of your project. 3 Drawing Management The inbox and outbox lists show you the tasks that exist to the particular drawings. The referencing of each drawing is done by an intelligent interpretation of the file names the drawings have. The automatic index management, especially in the drawing lists, makes sure all recipients are kept up-to-date with the latest revision of drawings. Drawings related by content can as usual be compiled in virtual folders and sent to other project participants. Workflows that are either created individually or already predefined help you to work on schedule. Automatically generated drawing lists make a parallel data management unnecessary. They make it more transparent and unequivocal. The automatic categorisation of the drawings guarantees more transparency in your project. 4 PKS NETPlan Organize and Record Your Meetings Efficiently Using our project management system you can create your meeting protocols directly and immediately. Their distribution among the project participants will be done automatically. Topics related to a series of meetings are numbered consecutively and recorded in terms of tasks, decisions, statements, recommendations and information. Issued tasks appear in the ToDo-list of their editor. All unfinished business is separately listed and helps you to overview the progress of your project. As PKS NETPlan is a web-based system where the minutes can be entered directly, all meeting participants have always immediate access to decisions, statements and open issues. 5 Identify Cost Risks at Early stage The collection of all relevant data about costs (budget, contracts, claims and risks) always provides a current overview of the cost development in your project and of all contracts. Potential cost risks and the cost evaluation can be shown as clearly arranged displays. Furthermore, they can be linked to the other contract data. The use of predefined procedures for the processing of contracts and claims guarantees high quality and efficiency in controlling the cost development in your project. 7 Assure Quality With Consistent Defect Management All defects that appear during the construction process are categorised. They are documented in words and pictures and communicated to their causer. With this, the complete process from the moment of registration of the defect its till the removal are recorded consistently. As the data can be filtered according to specific parameters and extracted in form of reports, the project participants can always see the process states at a glance. In order to secure claims, the warranty period can also be shown, and the project participants are informed about its expiry at an early stage.
