Each room has its own unique style and design. If you stay in a hotel room in the old country house, you will be taken to one of the distant travels which the Cremer family has made in the past. Rich fabrics, wall decorations and authentic furniture combined with the characteristic features of the country house. The rooms located in the hotel wing, have a modern-classic character. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Since the estate is a national monument, the expansion was not simple. At the time the choice was made for a very innovative solution: the conference centre was to be built half underground. In this way the estate could enlarge its meeting capacity without damaging the appearance. In 2008 a part of the conference centre was entirely renovated and modernized. In 2012, 8 rooms were renovated. Working in co-operation with our audio-visual partners we can take care of all the audio-visual equipment you require.

11 R estaurant De Vrienden van Jacob In 2005 Michelin awarded a star to this restaurant. It is located in the former summer living room and conservatory of the country house of the Cremer family and it can hold up to 40 guests. The kitchen staff, under the inspiring leadership of chef Alain Alders, prepare international and seasonal dishes. Our Maître Sommelier Ruth Engels-Siegers, serves various wine selections and will be glad to advise you if you want to make your own choice. 12 B rasserie DenK Classic met een moderne twist The lower ground floor of the estate houses a unique meeting place: Brasserie DenK. In this modern, yet cozy brasserie we serve delicious dishes, prepared with daily fresh seasonal products from the region. The kitchen is open plan, so you as guest, can watch everything as it happens. The menu offers brasserie classics with a twist, such as steak tartare, soups with surprising additions and extraordinary vegetarian dishes. There is also a daily market menu, for only 34,95 per person. Whether it be after a brisk walk in the woods, a cycle tour in the dunes or a busy meeting, Brasserie DenK is the place of choice for a relaxing lunch or dinner. 13 Loungebar DenK Loungebar DenK is a very modern bar, where all kinds of cocktails, champagnes, wines and spirits are served. Furthermore we have made several delicious combinations of wine and food. Lounge bar DenK is the perfect place for an aperitif or a digestive. The assortment is varied and our skilled employees are always keen to inform you about different drinks and their characteristics. We also hold cocktail courses and organize champagne, wines and whisky tastings. The modern bar is equipped with an interactive bar, consisting of eight LCD screens with movement sensors. It offers endless possibilities to show pictures, logos, movies, web pages, television or PowerPoint demos.
