4 THE OPPORTUNITY NiceMoves Sales and Lettings Ltd are offering a unique and exciting freelance opportunity for sales orientated people looking to be their own boss. With ambitious plans to capitalise on the changing estate agency business model at a grass roots level, NiceMoves are looking to expand throughout Hampshire via a team of freelance local Marketing Consultants. Operating in specific geographical areas and based from home; NiceMoves are looking for individuals with the drive and entrepreneurial flair to generate income, with very low cost and admin overheads. This opportunity provides successful applicants with training and business support systems, to enable them to gain sales and lettings instructions. As an independent operator you will have the freedom to run and develop your own territory plus the help, support, administration back-up and marketing material, website exposure and shared learning that comes with being part of a Hampshire based estate agent. 5 THE CHANGING FACE OF ESTATE AGENCY Once-upon-a-time Estate Agents relied on their prominent shop window to attract potential buyers and tenants. NiceMoves use the latest media marketing tools and estate agency software to sell or let property cost-effectively without the need for expensive shops/offices. We advertise on all the major property portals and use social networking, text alerts and -shots to our database of property hunters to maximise a property s visibility intoday s world. This new model has been identified by many experts as the future of estate agency in this country, including the property media, the OFT, and estate agents themselves with two thirds of agents believing that a high street presence will no longer be required by 2015 or sooner. 8 THE ROLE Marketing Consultant: You have previous estate agency experience, ideally able to value properties in your area with a track record of winning instructions. Or you have worked in a similar target driven sales role and have an interest in property. Gaining Instruction Leads: Using the marketing material provided by us you can get your instruction leads via several ways in your allocated postcode area: Converting leads provided from our advertising campaigns, data-base, Rightmove and Zoopla enquiries Leaflet dropping Targeting people already on the market Using Social media Post office/local shop advertising Business networking Winning Instructions: As a Marketing Consultant you get paid for every property valuation you attend and instruct. USE OF YOUR OWN CAR, MOBILE PHONE AND A PC OR LAPTOP IS ESSENTIAL
