Registration TAX - 12% of invoice b.in Spain if the owner wants to use the boat, has to pay 12% of registration TAX c.if the owner donesn t pay this tax and use the boat, the goverment may charge it with penalty and interest rate. Rumbo Norte will not carry out the constitution of the new company. The Owner has to contract this service with specialiced company
