This includes: Paint, electrical system, acquiring utensils and interior design elements, creation of the property manual and inventory of all home objects. 2 - EXHIBITION For each new property, FLH does a photo shoot and short film (at our expense) to use on the FLH website, online rental platforms, mobile applications, Google maps and social networks. 3 - BOOKING FLH manages all bookings for you, including guests check-in and property check-out evaluation. FLH staff and phone lines are available full time. 4 - PAYMENT FLH manages the whole payment process with transparency. You get notified of each booking and we make the booking deposit in your account at the beginning of each month. 5 - MAINTENANCE FLH handles everything from cleaning to maintenance before and between each bookings.
