3 GENERAL INFORMATION One of the main points to consider with a view to offering an excellent service to customers is a close cooperation between RUMBO NORTE and the charter agencies. With this purpose we have elaborated this guide. The idea behind it is to serve as an orientation for the organisations commercialising our charter fleet in order to keep and even increase our highest quality and service level standards. RUMBO NORTE Group is made up of 4 companies, with over 9 years experience in the charter market in Spain. The group has been increasing its fleet progressively and it has currently reached the amount of 25 boats own. In Ibiza, we have the widest and most modern fleet in the island, with sailing boats Jeanneau, Catamarans Lagoon and luxury yachts coming from different shipyards. Our boats are from 6 to 17 mts. in length They are fully equipped with the maximum quality components.

12 DEPOSIT The CUSTOMER will pay a deposit in cash or credit card (no AMEX) In case of damages or losses in the vessel or its components RUMBO NORTE will choose between: Withhold the value of the damages or losses from the deposit on landing. Withhold the deposit while the damages or losses are assessed. In case of delay in returning the vessel the day of landing, RUMBO NORTE will be entitled to totally or partially withhold the deposit as a compensation. Reduce your deposit to 500 contracting a deposit insurance paying 10% of deposit, minimum 150 euros, SEE NEXT PAGE COMMISSION FOR AGENCY The agency will receive 20% of the charter amount as a commission. The Comfort Pack and Pack Comfort VIP are not subject to commissions. The agency is not entitled to increase the price of the charter to the customer. CHECK IN TIME - CHECK OUT TIME Timetables for boarding and landing (check-in / Check-out): Boarding: Saturday at 18.00h Landing: Friday at 18.00h + Saturday at 8.30h (in case of overnight) Be so kind as to inform your customers about the boarding times. To avoid waiting times, we suggest the customers plan their arrival in Ibiza. RUMBO NORTE will contact their customers in case the boats are available before the programmed time, in which case the delivery could be advanced. 30 BOAT ACEPTANCE During the boarding process, the customer will be able to ask for information about the boat and its operation, The client will have one program with all informations with videos, instructions, etc The client will check and sing the inventory list, the boat conditions, components, equipments, gear, etc with the contract with our new TABLET CHECK IN & FORMATION SYSTEM He will report all the questions or eventual failures of the boat or its components the same day, so that RUMBO NORTE is able to repair them or to explain its operation. Once the customer leaves the harbour on Sunday, it is understood that all the boat equipment is in perfect condition and the customer accepts it as being in perfect condition without any complaints possible from that

31 COMFORT PACK - COMFORT PACK VIP As a result of long experience, we have developed two special packs for our customers: PACK COMFORT, (Mandatory, to be paid on boarding cash) 250 until more than 40 and catamarans Inicial and final cleaning service. Big size towels (1 X crew member). Pillows and pillow-cases (2 X cabin). Sheets (2 X cabin). Spare Motorboat (4 stroke engine or electric engine). Laptop on board with internet connection Pilot book with pictures in English, German or Spanish PACK COMFORT VIP, 90 (Optional, to be paid on boarding cash or credit card): Priority on boarding time: Saturday before 14.00h. Later landing time: Saturday before 10.30h. CANCELLATIONS Once the reservation is closed with the customer, it will be considered firm and should the customer become unable to perform the charter, he will lose all the payments already settled to date. In case the agency propose an alternative customer, we will charge 5% as cancellation and change of customer fee. CLAIMS All eventual complaints made by customers will be informed to Rumbo Norte at the moment or at the check-out day and will be recorded at RUMBO NORTE local site and sent to our headquarters in Bilbao. 37 INVENTORY & CHECK IN Our inventory check control is very easy to use for your clients: We will provide them one IPAD with our automatic control system. Out IPAD system will show the client how to use the boat and check the inventory list also can be assisted for our staff Videos with demonstrations of the use of all equipments Check list of inventory equipments Signature by the client on line of the inventory list Our staff will assist the client at all times Guidelines for use of equipments At the end of the charter period, our staff may check in the same system the boat (in presence of the client) and they will assess directly the damage (if there is any) THE SATISFACTION SURVEY In the same system, the satisfaction survey will be fulfilled at check-out day If there is any comment or claim, they must remark it(compulsory) in the survey system If the client doesn t report any problem during the period of charter or in the satisfaction survey, the customer is not entitled to any further compensation The client will be informed of this commercial agreement at the check-in time
