5 Disclosure Statement 2014 The following information has been reviewed and understood: (Initial 1 thru 5) 1. To reserve a dock for the upcoming 2015 season I must pay a minimum of 25% down prior to the 15 th of November It is also known that no monies will be collected by Dane s Marine for the City of Mansfield during the Months of December 2014, January and February of Units covered by the owners, MUST be covered in a manner that will allow movement of the Boat in the event that the unit must be moved for (Safety and/or to access the unit behind). We are not responsible for the re-installation of covers removed to allow access of the handling trailer for movement. 3. I understand that the docking deadline is May 15, Boats not removed from winter parking area to docks by May 30, 2015 will be subject to $5.00 per day additional charges. 4. Insurance must be maintained by the owner. Dane s Marine, or the City of Mansfield is not responsible for theft of personal property to include but not limited to; Boats, Motors, Batteries, or damages caused by outside elements to include but not limited to weather, vandalism and/or animals. Dane s Marine accepts liability only on services being performed as requested by customers. Upon completion of requested services the customer is responsible for the care of their personal unit. 5. Winter Battery storage is no longer provided. In the event I fail to pick up my battery and/or batteries, the liability falls on me.
