3 ABOUT ROBYN A licensed attorney and MBA, Robyn has been working in real estate for about 15 years. Robyn created a Boutique firm to provide the level of service that she was able to provide for her entertainment clients to her home buying and selling clients. She relies on her law degree and experience with contract law to negotiate the best possible deals, points, and terms for her clients and she relies on her MBA to analyze and interpret the marketplace and to provide in-depth and realistic point-by-point marketing plans for her sellers to best showcase and sell their homes. Previous to opening Robyn Jones Homes, Robyn had a 25 year history in the entertainment industry working as an entertainment executive at Paramount Pictures, Polygram Records and BMG Records and as an entertainment attorney at Sony Pictures, Capitol Records and Davis Shapiro on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Of course with this background, Robyn is a member of the California Bar Association. Robyn has put together an amazing team of professionals to provide you with the highest level of client care possible and to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and seamless. We have three offices in Houston, San Antonio and Los Angeles and over 30 Realtors, 4 of which are licensed Attorneys. 7 We Market your Rental Property We manage properties for clients who own property in all areas of the Houston Metro area. Some of our clients live in the area and do not have time to manage their properties and other clients have been transferred out of the area or inherited homes that they would like to keep as investments. All of our clients, depend on us to keep an eye on their property and ensure its safekeeping. We orchestrate the entire leasing process, from getting the home listed on the MLS to running a credit check, background check and negotiating the lease terms. Most Tenants use a Realtor, which increases the number of renters who will see your home. Additional exposure that we provide through the MLS and the Internet brings you a higher rent rate and quicker lease. The MLS has over a million viewers a month and we syndicate your listing to every major internet website available (including my own). We are very familiar with competitive houses so we can help you price and position your home aggressively. It is hard negotiating for yourself. We have lots of experience in writing contracts and can negotiate aggressively on your behalf. Tenants are not always forthright about their financial situation. We review their rental history, job history, credit and criminal back ground. Being accessible to show your home limits your personal time and cuts down the available showing time. When you list your home with us, your property will be available during normal showing hours and the prospect will always be accompanied by me or another Realtor. We have experience in drafting lease terms to protect our clients.

I have been able to successfully establish myself online so that I am able to tap in to this steady stream of real estate shoppers. Fortunately, I ve managed to stay ahead of this trend, and continually work to increase my web presence so that I can push listings to more places very quickly, putting properties in front of online buyers. Not only do I advertise your listing on HAR (with over 2 million viewers per month), my website and Zillow, Realtor.com and Trulia (which is utilized by 51% of homebuyers) as featured ads, I also advertise your listing on the busiest real estate marketplaces on the internet, including GoogleRealEstate.com, Cyberhomes.com, Chron.com (the Houston Chronicle), The Galveston Daily News (online) and Homes.com. 96% of Homebuyers between 25 and 44 used the internet to look for homes. 90% of Buyers begin their search on the internet. To take advantage of the newest technologies, our signage comes with a unique QR code which is powered by an automatic MLS feeds. Buyers scan our signs with their smart phones and using this unique QR code the home will open on their smart phone with all of the information and pictures. We have partnered with RealtyQR to offer this service to our sellers. When we place the sign in front of your home, the patent pending software determines location of the person when a code is scanned and displays the appropriate property.
