2 EVENT LIGHTING Lighting is all too often overlooked at events. Simple yet effective lighting is often the most cost efficient way to create a very strong impact, transforming the venue to ensure a lasting impression. From simple security lights to the most incredible stage and venue lighting, there is no limit to the imagination of our designers and engineers. Use of stunning moving lighting, custom gobos, table pinspots, uplighters, silk flames, lasers and outdoor coloured flood lighting allows us to create the perfect atmosphere for any event. Imagine powerful search lighting as guests arrive, with a stunning room wash during drinks reception gently changing colour between each course. If you are having dancing at your event we can create incredible dancefloor lighting that will ensure a night to remember. For most events we study your venue and provide a bespoke proposal to meet your requirements and budget. However, we have produce some very useful Lighting Packages which offer comprehensive options for events of various scales. We would be delighted to discuss your lighting requirements with you.

3 LIGHTING DESCRIPTIONS LED Uplighters LED uplighters are singularly our most popular lighting units and are very effective for enhancing room features, walls and props. LED uplighters use very little power, emit no heat and enable us to select from a comprehensive range of vibrant colours. These smart units are positioned around the perimeter of your function area. We carry one of the largest stocks of LED uplighters in the UK. Our units are an immaculate white finish and are possibly the smartest on the circuit. We offer two uplighter packages a budget package where uplighters are fixed in a colour throughout your event and can be individually switched to colour scroll during your dancing, or our full DMX package where uplighters are linked and controlled from a lighting desk enabling any-colour room washes and smooth fades. Intelligent Moving Heads on Twisted Metal Plinths Intelligent moving head lights provide one of the most impressive and flexible lighting formats. Positioned around the perimeter of your venue and programmed onsite to optimize impact, they enable a vast array of effects. Imagine a stunning ultraviolet or vivid pink room wash with gentle lighting movement across the ceiling, or the power of bright search lights scanning your room as guests are called into dinner. Source 4 Profiles with break-up gobos, dimmers and control Profile Lights create an extremely powerful single colour patterned wash of tables. We can utilise a number of different gobos to create very different impacts. As they are raised very high on chrome stands, profiles enable us to enhance table displays and work very well with the uplighters above. All profiles are controlled on dimmers to enable us to create more a more intimate wash later in the evening. LED Chroma Bars 1m long LED bars provide the ultimate in powerful any-colour room wash. Despite using very little power and emitting no heat, LED bars create an extremely high impact and can be used to blend, fade and sequence through any possible colour. We generally provide smooth colour changes between each course and high impact sequenced programmes for dancing.

5 STARCLOTHING & ADDITIONAL LIGHTING OPTIONS Starcloth provides the ultimate wow factor for room dressing and draping, stage backdrops and awards sets. Starcloth is a heavy felt drape lined with hundreds of white lights, creating a cost effective and very high impact centre-piece to any event. We offer starcloth in two colours smart production black starcloth draping, or unique and elegant white drape. The new white starcloth is absolutely stunning especially when lit in colour. We also offer equipment control booths in matching starcloth finish. We carry a very large stock of starcloth including video starcloth where each LED pixel can be controlled creating an extremely impressive medium resolution video backdrop. Starcloth can be used purely as a stage backdrop, or to dress entire venues, ceilings and marquees. Our most popular packages are detailed below however we would be delighted to provide you with a bespoke quotation for your event. ADDITIONAL LIGHTING SERVICES Table Pinspots Flown overhead Each pinspot creates a sharp beam of light for highlighting a table centre. The overall impact is elegant and sophisticated. Pea Tree Lighting Sets of static white LED lights for highlighting trees, shrubs and floral decorations. These can be used inside or outside.

6 OUTDOOR LIGHTING PACKAGES Create an immediate impact with cost effective but highly impressive outdoor lighting. From simple oil burners to colour changing castle floodlighting anything is possible. Our large stock of outdoor lighting enables us to turn your venue grounds into a magical wonderland. Metal Halide Coloured Feature Uplighting Metal halides provide the perfect solution for uplighting trees, buildings and features with rich colour. As the lights have a coloured gas, rather than using a coloured gel, they are extremely efficient and use little power. Halides are available in electric blue, green, rich pink, white and yellow. A combination of colours provide a breathtaking backdrop. Package 1: 20 Metal Halides in choice of colour including installation Package 2: 32 Metal Halides in choice of colour including installation Bamboo Paraffin Torches (sets of 8) A 4ft bamboo cane, with integrated oil canister creates an elegant effect for highlighting pathways. Silver Outdoor t-light Lanterns These sophisticated lanterns create a fantastic effect when used en-masse to line pathways, patios and other garden areas. Package 1: 36 lanterns with candles Package 2: 72 lanterns with candles Sky Lighting 5000 watt controllable searchlights can be used to create a very high impact at your event. Scanning the sky, our powerful searchlights can be seen from miles away. Gas Flame Burners (pair) An ornate 8ft twisted cast iron tower produces up to a 3ft real flame. City Colours (set of 4) 4 extremely powerful colour changing and controllable outdoor flood lights can transform even the largest venue.

7 STAGE LIGHTING & SOUND SYSTEMS BAND LIGHTING The packages outlined below are ideal for supporting bands who have little or no production lighting. The packages enable us to create stunning stage set lighting suitable for lighting bands and dancefloor areas. Packages do include operational crew. Bronze Package 2 Wind-up T Bars are positioned on either side of the stage. Each contains 4 Par64 Cans which will provide a colour wash of the stage. This system will come with 1 operator and basic lighting desk. Silver Package This option provides a more impressive stage and dancefloor wash. The system includes a 6m wide goal post infront of the stage. 8 Par64 Cans wash the stage, with 8 intelligent fixtures creating impressive dancefloor lighting. Gold Package A very impressive stage and dancefloor lighting system. This option includes a 6m goalpost at the front of the stage as detailed in the silver package. A rear goalpost is added with an impressive 6m starcloth backdrop. Lighting includes 8 par64s for washing the band, 12 Moving Heads, control and haze. This package includes two operators. EVENT SOUND PRODUCTION Basic Indoor / Outdoor PA This system is designed for events of up to 100 people. It enables background music, and speeches to be heard. The package includes 2 x EV Sx300 Speakers on stands, CD player, mixer and 2 microphones on stands. Standard Indoor / Outdoor PA This system is designed for events of up to 150 people. It enables background music, and speeches to be heard. The package includes 4 x EV Sx300 Speakers on stands, CD player, mixer and 2 radio microphones. Premier Indoor / Outdoor PA This system is designed for events of up to 250 people. It enables background music, and speeches to be heard. 6 EV Sx300 Speakers on stands, 2 bass bins, CD player, mixer, 2 microphones on stands, 1 radio/lapel microphone. Basic Band PA 2.4 kw sound system, 2 monitors, 12 channel mixing desk, 6 microphones on stands, basic effect processors. Standard Band PA 5.4 kw front of house PA, 28 channel mixing desk, 4 monitors, 12 microphones on stands, advanced effects processing.

9 JOFFIN S VIDEO DISCOTHEQUES Since 1979 Joffin s has been supplying Top Class Discotheques for private parties, corporate events and awards ceremonies throughout the UK and Europe. We are now delighted to offer a full Video Jockey service as well as the usual DJ services. We can play our tried and trusted non stop all singing-all dancing set but using the video/dvd for the song rather than just the audio track. There is no compromise in the quality of either our presentation style or audio visual playback! The video is displayed on your video wall, plasma screen(s) or projector screen(s). We mix the videos in a similar way to mixing cds, so we do not require any other a.v. personnel to be present whilst we are working. Obviously we do not have every song on video, but where we have it we ll play it! Our ever-increasing collection comprises in excess of 2000 videos ranging from Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Michael Jackson and The Blues Brothers, through Madonna and Kylie to Outkast, The Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna and the latest Club and Chart hits. Where no video is available for a particular song we keep the screen(s) busy by filling them with exciting computer generated colour graphics and more! Initially tried and tested at a prestigious private party featuring a live performance by Girls Aloud this is a new dynamic edge to DJing available right now!! Should you so wish we can also arrange supply and installation of the presentation media (Video Wall, Plasma screen, Projectors etc.)

Our stages and dance floors are kept in an immaculate condition and are polished at every event to maintain our high standards. Star Cloth Effect (Led) White or Black or Black & White Dance Floor: This is very simply the most stunning dance floor available. The Pure White or black L.E.D or black and white dance floor with 4 controllable channels creates an absolutely incredible centrepiece for your event. The LED Dance floor panels are controlled which is supplied with every floor.

Video Led Dance Floor We are one of the few companies in the UK to now stock VIDEO LED dance floor unlike conventional LED floors that simply flash in sequence, this modular floor system can display a stream of stunning moving images, animations and live, or recorded video footage. The system can be arranged in a variety of sizes and shapes and can display logos and text, making it ideal for both private and corporate events. Imagine walking on a low definition TV screen and you get some idea of what this product can deliver. DANCE FLOOR SIZES There is a simple equation which enables you to calculate exact dance floor size requirement: Multiply the number of guests attending by 2. Square route this figure to give you the size of dance floor needed. i.e. 150 guests x 2 = 300, square rooted = 17.3 so you would require a 18ft x 18ft dance floor (6m x 6m)
