4 Project Profile: SEA-DOO Watercr af t Product Launch Two clear-span structures, totaling over 10,000 square feet, were transformed into a temporary dining room for 600 guests. In addition to the clear-span structures, Axis provided temporary power, flooring and lighting. The climate control system kept the interior temperature at a comfortable 72 degrees. The exterior temperature reached 115 degrees during peak daytime hours.

5 Project Profile: SEA-DOO Watercr af t Product Launch This 6,000 square foot clear-span structure s interior was transformed into modular sales office spaces. In addition to the clear-span structure, Axis provided climate control, temporary power, flooring lighting, and on site support services. 5

6 6 Project Profile: Intel 2006 National Sales Mee ting This 18,000 square foot clear-span structure was connected to a 58,000 square foot structure to create a temporary dining room. In addition to the clear-span structures, Axis provided climate control, power, flooring, lighting, and on site project management.

7 Project Profile: Gonsalves and Stronck Construction This 8,000 square foot clear-span structure was installed on the third floor plaza level of a San Francisco high-rise building. Special anchoring and hold-downs were designed and engineered in order to satisfy building code requirements and to avoid damaging the deck s structural integrity. A 125 ton crane was required to raise and move the structure s beams into place. 7

8 8 Project Profile: Walt Disne y Studios Motion Pictures This 26,000 square foot clear-span structure connected to a 4,200 square foot structure (not visible) were installed on a five foot high scaffolding supported deck. In lieu of standard installation methods, the use of an 80 ton crane was required to lift the beams into place. After an extensive construction period, including an elaborate interior set up, the structure s interiors were magically transformed into an interactive movie themed audience experience.

9 Project Profile: Walt Disne y Studios Motion Pictures The interior of this structure included a custom made floor to ceiling liner, over 20,000 pounds of overhead rigging including lighting and sound equipment, a custom faux parquet dance floor, by American Turf & Carpet, in addition to an elaborate series of movie themed backdrops, sets, and interactive games.

10 Project Profile: Intel Corpor ation s 2006 International Sales Mee ting A combination of two clear-span structures, totaling over 75,000 square feet, accommodated 4,000 guests for this three day event. Axis Project Management provided the tenting, flooring, lighting, temporary power, climate control, furniture, in addition to catering support equipment and overall project coordination. 10

11 Project Profile: Intel Corpor ation s 2006 International Sales Mee ting In order to maximize the venue s limited existing space, it was necessary to remove light poles, trees, and build the sub-flooring over existing landscaped islands. Total square footage: 75,000. Total tons of HVAC 550,000. Total overall construction days:

12 Project Profile: Clinique Cosmetics International Sales Mee ting Axis Project Management provided this client with a pristine 10,000 square foot Series 2000 tension tent. In addition to the tenting, Axis provided a sub-floor, custom dyed light gray carpeting, temporary power, climate control and upscale comfort stations. 12

13 Project Profile: 2006 Art of Food and Wine Palm Desert, California An upscale desert resort created the perfect backdrop for this three day food and wine tasting event. Axis Project Management provided two 8,000 square foot Series 2000 tents in addition to numerous frame tents, rental furniture, logistics and on site project management. 13

14 Project Profile: Movie Shoot - Local Southern California Be ach A saddle-span structure was utilized for a scene in a popular television series that called for a non traditional tent style with unique modern lines. Axis Project Management provided the client with the saddle-span structure in addition to party rental equipment to complete the desired look. Glass walls are available for the European style clear-span structures. Clear-span structures are available in widths up to 131 feet with tension tents available up to 100 feet in width. Custom interior liners are available in a variety of sizes and colors. Tent fabrics are a standard opaque white PVC vinyl. Clear or black vinyls are available in limited sizes. All fabrics meet or exceed the State of California Fire Marshall s flame retardant standards. All clear-span structures and tension tents are fully engineered designs and installed by trained safety minded professionals. All sub-flooring systems are built to accommodate your specific flooring needs. To compliment your flooring system, we offer a large variety of floor covering products ranging from artificial turf, to faux parquet floor surfaces, to custom designed logo rugs. Decks requiring the use of a scaffolding system sub-structures are fully engineered to meet or exceed most building code requirements. Temporary portable power distribution systems and generators are meticulously maintained to achieve peak performance without interruption. All power distribution components are UL listed and have incorporated GFI protection. Our licensed electricians will interface with your lighting, sound, and video designers to assure a seamless integration of all of your event s necessary audio and visual components. Climate control systems are of vital importance for optimal guest comfort. Whether your event s needs require heat or air-conditioning or a combination of both, Axis has the resources to accommodate your event s specific criteria. HVAC units are available as small as 5 tons for minimal spacial needs or up to 60 tons for heating or air-conditioning the largest of tents. All HVAC units are maintained and installed by certified air-conditioning specialist and licensed electricians. Axis Project Management also provides party rental furniture, tent lighting packages, comfort stations, and key operational components associated with off site tented events. Axis Project Management and our partners are fully insured with industry comparable general liability coverage and fully licensed in trades requiring such licensing. 15
