6 BRAND CASE STUDIES The Greats: Great Storytelling The Greats Instagram The Greats, an emerging men s sneaker brand, launched a campaign to direct social media traffic to their Spring Shop. They posted a content story across Instagram and Twitter with their exclusive Mowbray sneakers to drive traffic to their Spring Shop, where they used the similar imagery in their posts. Pierre Hardy: Unique Content Pierre Hardy takes photos of their shoes modeled in the real world, outside of their store, then pair the images with ecommerce shots. In doing so, Pierre Hardy has created a visual language that is unique to Spring - engaging street-style shots and detailed close-ups. Fallon: Exclusive Sample Sale Fallon hosted an exclusive, two-day sample sale on Spring. They promoted the sale to their fans on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and continually released new styles throughout the two days, creating consistent buzz and excitement for their fans. At the end of the sale, the pieces were either no longer available or were back at full price. N o 06

7 MORE WAYS YOU CAN BE AWESOME ON SPRING 01. Tell your story across multiple channels. Social media posting and messaging is driving qualified traffic to brand shops. 02. Create anticipation and a sense of exclusivity for Spring members to increase demand and excitement for your products on Spring. 03. Use #GetSpring and #LoveSpring tags in your social media posts. These allow new customers to discover you and clearly communicate that your products are available on Spring. 04. Use the same images on social as your Spring posts to help customers easily find the items they saw on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. 05. Schedule multiple posts throughout the day (not in a spammy way!) to stay in the feed. Tip: Republish your existing posts in the Feed, especially your older posts. Simply click, Archive on the post s page in the Brand Portal, then you can reschedule the post or hit Republish to immediately post it again to the top of the feed.
