1 Business Online Banking Entitlement User Guide With "Entitlements", Business Online Banking members are able to grant online banking access to trusted employees, and have the ability to limit that access to the activities and transactions you permit. Description: This document will help you set up additional entitled users on your business online banking account. The Manage User section of Business Online Banking allows you to add, delete and modify entitled users records. Getting Started There are two ways to access the Manage Users section of online banking: 1. Under the Admin tab, select Manage Users. 2. Under the Options Tab, select the Manage Users sub-tab. Under the Admin tab, select Manage Users. -OR- Under the Options Tab, select the Manage Users sub-tab.

2 Adding an Entitled User You may have up to 5 users who may access your account. These users are called Entitled Users. 1. In the Manage Users section, enter the information for the entitled user you wish to add. 2. Required fields are designated with an asterisk (*). 1. Click Save to add the user. 2. A list of the entitled users who are allowed access to the business online banking account will display in the Manage Users section of online banking. The newly added user will now display in this section. 3. Edit the entitled user s profile to select which sections of Business Online Banking you would like them to have access to.

3 Editing Entitled User Information / Changing Entitled User Passwords To change information recorded in an entitled user s profile, select the name of the entitled user you wish to edit. In this section, you may edit the user s information, change their password and change which sections of your Business Online Banking account you wish to give access to. Edit User Information & Change Password Entitlement Privileges Choose which accounts users have access to and which accounts users can transfer into and from. Choose daily and monthly transfer limits for users.

4 Deleting an Entitled User 1. A list of the entitled users allowed access to the business online banking account will display in the Manage Users section of online banking. 2. To delete a user, click the red X to the right of the entitled user s name. Definitions for Entitlements The table below will give you definitions for what each entitlement you check allows your added user to access. Please review the list carefully to ensure your entitled user is only accessing information you want them to. Entitlement Privilege Definition Allows users to access transaction history for permitted shares and Webconnect where they can download to Money, Quicken or Quickbooks. History Allows users to view the Budget Tools section of your online banking site to view trending account balances, cash flow and income statements. Spending Reports Allows users to set up various alerts that are sent to the entitled user s address based on the selected criteria. All entitled users who have access to set up alerts will be able to select any one of the following alerts: Alerts Bill Pay Allows users to use the Bill Pay function of online banking where they can schedule and pay bills online from any account they have access to. Note:Access to the checking share must be provided to entitled user.

5 Allows users to view estatements. NOTE: Entitled Users will not be able to opt in or out of estatements. This function can only be performed by the Business Owner. estatements Allows users to transfer money between accounts within the same membership number. Also allows user to withdraw funds via Cashier s Check. Transfers Check Order Allows entitled users to order checks on any account to which they have access. Allows users to place stop payments on checks issued from accounts they have access to. Stop Payment Allows users to manage any open certificates they are permitted to view under the business membership. CD Maintenance

6 Allows users to add shortcuts to online banking links for easier access.
