2 Requirements A valid passprt is required fr all freign natinals t enter the Demcratic Republic f the Cng. Visitrs must have ready fr presentatin at the embassy dcumentary evidence f the purpse f the visit, means f supprt fr the duratin f the stay and accmmdatin arrangements. All travelers (except diplmats) must submit the fllwing t apply fr a visa: The visa applicatin frm belw printed, cmpleted and signed in blue r black ink. A valid, signed passprt with at least tw blank pages marked Visas side by side and at least six mnths f validity remaining. A passprt-style (2 x2 ) phtgraph taken within the last 6 mnths with the applicant facing the camera. Cpy f flight itinerary shwing applicant s name. Internatinal Certificate f Vaccinatin fr Yellw Fever. A prepaid mailing envelpe fr the return f the applicant s passprt (using a service with tracking such as FedEx r UPS). Nn-US Citizens must als include: A cpy f their Permanent Resident Card r U.S. Visa and I-94. Travelers wh entered the US after April 26, 2013 shuld print the electrnic I-94 frm frm Business travelers must als include: A cmpany signed letter explaining the purpse f their trip and prviding a financial guarantee. The letter must bear the riginal pen-t-paper signature f a cmpany representative ther than the applicant. A letter f invitatin frm the cmpany r partners t be visited in the Demcratic Republic f the Cng. The letter must be n cmpany letterhead and signed by a representative f the cmpany, and shuld include the applicant s name and the name, address, and telephne number fr a cntact persn at the verseas cmpany. This letter must be ntarized at City Hall in the DRC and either be legalized by the DRC Ministry f Freign Affairs r submitted with a frmal declaratin f liability engagement de prise en charge issued by the Directin Générale des Migratins (DGM). Turist travelers must als include: A letter f invitatin frm a turist agency r private hst in the Demcratic Republic f the Cng. This letter must be ntarized at City Hall in the DRC and either be legalized by the DRC Ministry f Freign Affairs r submitted with a frmal declaratin f liability engagement de prise en charge issued by the Directin Générale des Migratins (DGM). Freign fficials: Please prvide a diplmatic nte stating detailed purpse and dates f travel. Individuals f Cnglese descent are nt required t present an invitatin. Please nte that all applicatins submitted t the embassy are reviewed by the DRC immigratin services. The issuance f visas, including visa duratin and number f entries, is thus at the discretin f the immigratin services. Immigratin services reserve the right t issue r deny visas t any applicants. 3 Fees and Payments Applicants must pay a prcessing fee when submitting an applicatin. In case f a visa refusal, n refund will be granted. Fees are waived fr diplmatic and US fficial visas. Freign fficials requests are prcessed n the same day r within 24 hurs. There is n expedited service fr a visa, and the Visa Sectin cannt influence the prcess timeline.
