8 Terms and Cnditins fr Students f SBL [2 f 2] Academic requirements 21) I understand and agree that (a) I am required t and will attend all teaching sessins delivered as a part f the prgramme t which I have been admitted (including lectures, seminars, tutrials, and all ther teaching sessins) as these are stated n my timetable and (b) that I will meet and cmply with all assessment submissin deadlines and undertake all required Academic wrk fr all prgramme assessments and examinatins in whatever frm these are required. 22) I understand that I must attend all lectures and maintain a high level f attendance thrughut the curse, and that failure t d s culd lead t disciplinary actin, including terminatin f my studies and exclusin frm the prgramme f study. I understand that the Schl Regulatins and University Regulatins nly permit a maximum number f assessment failures and that if I exceed this then my registratin is liable t be terminated and I will be asked t leave the prgramme. Fees and csts 30) I understand that the academic fee which I am required t pay includes all csts assciated with recruitment, admissin and the cst f my tuitin and that if I am paying fees by installments then I am required t fully cmply with and meet all the installment plan specificatins indicted in the ffer letter. Details f the Schl fee refund plicy is set ut belw: (a) Fees will be refunded in full, if a student s applicatin is declined by SBL. (b) In the case f full refund, because f a visa refusal, there will be an administratin charge f 1000 deducted, when this fee refund is paid. (c) Student will nt qualify fr a refund if the Tier 4 Visa is refused due t fraudulent dcumentatin r false infrmatin prvided during the Visa applicatin (d) In the case f verseas students, nce a student has btained a visa, but des nt cmmence the curse, 1,650 f the initial depsit paid will nt be refunded. Any depsits paid in excess f 1,650 may be refunded at the sle discretin f the Schl. (e) Once a student has cmmenced the curse, fees will nt be refunded. (f) In the event f terminatin frm the curse, a student will be liable fr a fee f 1,650 which is nn-refundable plus a pr rata fee n the balance n the date f terminatin. Any fees that have been paid ver and abve the fee liability n the date f terminatin will be refunded. (g) In the event f a withdrawal f visa spnsrship (i.e. withdrawal f a CAS), the maximum refund payable is upt 1000, at the sle discretin f the schl.
