Exhibitor Badge Order Instructions EXHIBITOR PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS https://www.tradeshowregistrar.com/ep4/?event=asis2011 We are pleased to offer for ASIS 2011 an exhibitor portal. The main contact representative for the booth on file with ASIS International was sent an email containing the login instructions/information for the site. The email was sent from registration@epicreg.com. If you have not received the email, please be sure to add the domain @epicreg.com to your safe senders list and contact us via email at asis@epicreg.com to obtain your login information. Upon your (the booth contact) first visit to the exhibitor portal website: Enter your username and password in the upper right hand corner under Returning User section You are required to submit your printed directory listing before registering exhibitor staff. Click on the tab Directory Listing to begin the process. Upon submitting the printed directory listing, you retain the ability to edit your printed directory listing at any time (change, add, update, etc). Review the Instructions tab All information listed under the tab Booth Management is what we currently have on file for your company. To update or change any of this information (i.e., the booth contact name, company name, or address information), you must contact Geoffrey Harden at ASIS International at Geoffrey.Harden@asisonline.org. Exhibiting companies are allowed 8 representatives per 10x10 booth at no charge. Additional badges are available for $40 / badge. Badge orders will be accepted from one person only; that person will be considered to be in charge of booth arrangements and all further correspondence will be sent to that person. Badges will NOT be mailed. All badges must be picked up on site. Additional badges over the booth limit will also be available on site at a charge of $40 per badge. Badges will be needed to enter the exhibit hall on show days and for set up and tear down. Special badges for temporary set up and tear down personnel will be available on site. If you want your certification designation to appear on your badge, you must write it in. In lieu of using the printed badge order form, you may register the booth personnel via the exhibitor web registration website: https://www.tradeshowregistrar.com/ep4/?event=asis2011. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Cannot find the Register Your Staff button? You are required to submit your print directory listing before this button becomes enabled. You are able to edit your listing after you enter the information at any time. If you order exhibitor badges online, there is no need to fill out the form and send it in. If you use the exhibitor badge order form, please make sure to print neatly or type in the fields. You are limited to 8 free exhibitor badges per 100 sq feet (10 x 10). The online registration system displays the badge allotment and the ability to purchase additional badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $40 / badge. The free allotted President s Reception and Welcome Reception tickets will print with the booth contact s badge. The booth contact person is responsible for distributing the tickets. Below is the allotment: Two (2) complimentary President's Reception and two (2) Welcome Reception tickets for exhibitors occupying booths 100 to 300 feet (10x10, 10x20 or 10x30). Four (4) complimentary President's Reception and four (4) Welcome Reception tickets for exhibitors occupying booths 400 to 600 feet (10x40, 20x20, 20x30). Eight (8) complimentary President's Reception and eight (8) Welcome Reception tickets for exhibitors occupying booth 800 feet or larger (20x40 or larger). Additional President's Reception tickets may be purchased for $125 each. Welcome Reception tickets may be purchased for $50 each. Tickets may be purchased while adding an exhibitor staff name online. By signing here you agree to terms and conditions below ) Customer understands that the rental and use of Lead Retrieval Units and Software grants only a license to use it for the duration of event, and that no equity or ownership is imparted by this rental lease. It is understood that each Lead Retrieval Unit (except battery operated units) requires electrical service in the customer's booth. Customer further understands that he/she is responsible for the proper use and safe guarding of any rental equipment while it is in customer's possession and exhibitor will be liable for any loss or damage to the rental equipment, normal wear and tear excepted, and that damaged rental equipment or rented equipment not returned to the Lead Retrieval Service Desk at the end of event will be billed to it in the amount of $2,495 for each Platinum Trakker, Mi /Diamond, or Bronze Trakker and $1495.00 for each Silver Trakker. Customer agrees to return the unit to EPIC s service desk no later than one hour after exhibit hall close. Equipment left anywhere else is the sole responsibility of the customer. Event Planning International Corporation (EPIC), may at its option, recover abandoned equipment not returned within one hour of show close and, if so, customer agrees to pay a $100.00 abandonment fee. In no way does this absolve customer from its responsibility of the timely return of equipment. Customers using Pick-up service must remain in the booth until pickup occurs which will be no later than one hour after show closes. There will be a cancellation charge of $75.00. Orders cancelled within 30 days of event are non-refundable. In the event customer's Lead Retrieval Unit malfunctions, EPIC agrees to replace the equipment (if another unit is available or at EPIC s option may offer a refund not to exceed the rental cost of the unit) but that is the sole extent of its responsibility and liability to customer. Customer waives all claims for injuries or damage against ASIS and EPIC resulting from any cause in connection with its use of the Lead Retrieval Unit or any other rented equipment during the period of event and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ASIS and EPIC for such injuries and damages.
