CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION ACCME ACCREDITATION The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. AMA PRA CATEGORY 1 CREDIT(S) The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists designates this live activity for a maximum of 27 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. GENERAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION Everyone must register. Applicable fees are outlined on the registration form. The registration fee is not waived for individuals making oral, poster, or videotaped presentations. Payment can only be in the form of a check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Tickets will be used for all business and social events, even the complimentary ones. There are no exceptions and tickets must be presented at the time of entry to each business and social event. We will only print name badges for registered meeting attendees. DEADLINE, WEDNESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2015. GOVERNMENT VISA CARD USERS If you register with a government VISA (numbers beginning with 4486-1200-xxxx-xxxx), you must have your finance officer submit a pre-approval for a forced authorization transaction for the entire amount of the registration fees to the government credit card bank before submitting your registration to the College registrar. If it is not approved, you will be required to submit another form of payment. If you register on-site with a government credit card, you will have to leave your credit card and registration form at the registration desk. If your registration is approved, a name badge will be printed for you. The Annual Meeting is a worthwhile and important experience and we do not want Junior Fellows to miss this opportunity. SPECIAL EVENTS EMERGENCIES IN CLINICAL OBSTETRICS (ECO) COURSE Review current clinical evidence and checklists created for specific obstetric emergencies with hands-on simulations and individual instruction and practice. This course is perfect for anyone who wants to review current protocols and practice both technical and communication skills for common and uncommon obstetric emergencies. It s an update even for those with previous experience in simulation.
