Are you an Agency Care Manager or an Independent Contractor? Follow instructions for Agency Care Manager if: You are a Care Manager that works for an agency You are a Supervisor that works for an agency You have billing or read only access to Rosalind and work for an agency Follow instructions for Independent Contractor if: You work for SeniorBridge Private Pay Are an Independent Contractor with SeniorBridge / Humana (were recruited by SeniorBridge) Are a SeniorBridge employee (you have a SeniorBridge.com email address) Insert form number via Header and Footer option or delete, if not needed Insert date via Header and Footer option 2
Accessing Rosalind Agency Care Manager All Agency Care Managers that have completed the online self study modules and one live In Home session will gain access to our electronic records system Rosalind. Rosalind is accessed through a secure Humana site. Agency Care Managers will receive an email with a username and password to access Rosalind through Humana.com Please note Agency Care Managers will receive an email with Rosalind login details approximately 48 to 72 business hours after completing the live In Home training. Tenured Care Managers and Associates should have received new Rosalind login details via email. Please email TrainingHelp@SeniorBridge.com if you have not received an email with a Humana login and temporary password. 3
Accessing Rosalind Agency Care Manager Agency Care Managers and Supervisors should follow these instructions to login into Rosalind: 1. Using Internet Explorer or Firefox, open a new window on your computer 2. Enter https://associates.humana.com into your address bar 3. You will see the Howie @ Home login page 4
Accessing Rosalind Agency Care Manager 1. Enter the Humana Username and Password you received via email 2. Click Login 3. You will need to P-Synch your accounts and choose a new password 4. Passwords must be eight characters and contain a # or $ sign IMPORTANT! The Forgot Password? options below the login will not function for Network Care Managers. And, you won t have to call in for a password reset in the future Click on the P-Synch link Here are the screens you will see. Rosalind Access for Independent Contractors If you are a SeniorBridge Employee or an Independent Contractor with SeniorBridge you will need to download Citrix to your computer before logging into Rosalind. The Citrix Receiver software is compatible with both Windows and Apple computers. On your home computer go to http://receiver.citrix.com and click on the Download Receiver button. Note: The picture bellow will slightly different on an Apple Computer. Accept the license agreement and then follow the instructions on the screen to Run program Note: You may be prompted to allow Citrix Receiver to make changes to your computer - Click Yes if you see this message. 14
Rosalind Access for Independent Contractors After the Citrix download is complete Open a new window on your computer Using Internet Explorer, enter MyApps.Humana.com into your address bar Enter the Humana Username and Password you received via email IMPORTANT! The first box Domain/username requires both a domain entry as well as the username you received via email The domain name is humad/ The forward slash button is usually with the? at the bottom of your keyboard Enter the username you received via email after the humad/ Here s an example Now enter the password you created This is the same password you use when logging into Rosalind 26
